Dhokra Savoury cake made with gram flour, mustard seeds, coriander and slowly steamed until light and fluffy. Farsi-Puri A round savoury breakfast or snack item made of flour, ghee, Indian spices and then deep fried. Tikhi-puri Traditional Guajarati puri (flat bread) with added spices and fenugreek. Thepla Spicy roti made with chilli spices and fenugreek leaves. Bombay Mix A traditional savoury breakfast/snack item, made with gram flour and indian spices, with a mix of fried peas, chick peas and peanuts. Fuli-gathiya / tikha-gathiya / sev-bundi / fafda-gathiya Traditional savoury breakfast items, made with gram flour and a selection of Indian spices. Lilo Chevdo A savoury soft snack prepared with potatoe chips and gram dal. Pawa-bateta Rice flakes, potatoes, onions and delicate spices tossed together for a hearty breakfast. Faradi-chevdo Tasty savoury snack consisting of potato chips, peanuts, cashew nuts and sultanas tossed in black pepper and sea salt. Classic breakfast thali Traditional hearty breakfast consisting of gathiya, sambharo (sautéed cabbage and spiced carrots) jalebi and fried chillies with masala chai - that perfect morning cup of tea and breakfast 1

Partra Malanga leaves stuffed with chickpea puree and selected spices wrapped and steamed (can be sautéed and deep fried). Ondwo Savoury cake with select vegetables and spices hearty and filling. Bhusu Chevdo and bhusu mix with potato, onion and kala channa garnished and finished with signature mix of chutneys. Pani Puri A savoury soft snack prepared with potatoe chips and gram dal. Bhel A savoury breakfast or snack item made of gram flour, rapeseed oil, black pepper, indian spices. Bhajia Deep fried classic savoury snacks chilli, onions, potatoes vegetables or onion bhajis. Crispy bhajia Finely sliced potato slices in a savoury batter accompanied with a carrot and tomato fresh chutney. Petis Fluffy potato fritter stuffed with a lovely pea filling. Dahi-Wada Soft lentil dumplings tossed in lightly spiced yogurt finished with garnish and triage of chutneys. Chilli Paneer Paneer (soft cheese) stir fried with peppers and onions in an indo-chinese chilli sauce. Paneer Tikka Paneer (soft cheese) marinated in a tikka sauce with fresh spices and herbs sautéed for exceptional taste. Paneer Pili Pili Paneer (soft cheese) in a Portuguese pilli pilli sauce with lots of flavour and heat. Khandvi Gram flour layered and rolled sheets with delicate spices. Methi Gathia Gram flour and fenugreek deep fried fritters. Sweet and sour mogo dry Cassava stir fried and finished with a sweet and sour sprinkle 2 Spring Rolls Delicately spiced carrots cabbage bean sprouts and mushrooms wrapped in a crispy pastry and deep fired until golden brown. Aloo Tikki Savoury potato fritter deep fried. Kachori Spiced lentil or pea mixture encased in pastry and deep fried crispy stuffed balls. Jeera Mogo Cassava stir fried with cumin seeds. Masala Mogo Cassava stir fried in a thick flavoursome sauce that packs a punch with onions and peppers (can be made sweet and sour too). Mogo Pili Pili Sauteed cassava in a Portuguese pilli pilli sauce with spice and heat. Tandoori mogo Cassava marinated in classic tandoori spices and sauce. Samosa-chat All the delights of bhel but with the addition of samosas and extra chutneys. Samosa Potato and vegetable spicy stuffing encased in pastry deep fried until golden brown and crispy on the outside..
