Wine Production Worker - PT Immediate Hire Camelot Cellars is looking for someone to add to our team and work in our wine production including using concentrates and fresh juice - bottling, labeling, getting orders ready, checking sulfate levels, ph, brix and

7 safe sanitation. Must be comfortable using a computer program designed for wine production, attending workshops and seminars, and working out in the field as needed. There are opportunities to work with the public as well. This is a hands-on, managerial position that is responsible for all aspects of vineyard management. The Vineyard Manager will work with the latest technology and viticultural techniques to ensure production standards are met. This person will also oversee vineyard staff to complete required tasks. The ideal candidate in this role loves working outdoors, has a strong leadership presence, and has prior experience working in or managing a vineyard & having seen a full growing cycle. Key Responsibilities: Oversee both permanent and seasonal staff Crop cultivation, planting, pruning, harvesting, and processing Monitor and control environmental and biological issues (pest, wildlife, etc.) as required Irrigation, canopy management, erosion control, soil maintenance, and frost protection as required Train new employees in proper vineyard operations Maintain high grape quality Troubleshoot vineyard issues and take proactive steps to ensure all problems are resolved in a timely manner Other tasks as required by vineyard owner Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Viticulture or related field preferred
