5 Winemaker s Assistant Debonné Vineyards August 7, 2018 The JOB Board There are currently two job postings Debonné Vineyards is looking for a Winemaker s Assistant with the following qualifications: Knowledge of safe cellar practices, including safe handling of chemicals, racking, cleaning, sanitizing and sterilizing winery equipment and facilities. Must be able to work independently on assigned tasks, work directly with other workers and work as required during harvest and bottling. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods of time & maintain an excellent attendance and safety record. Job duties will include Bulk Wine co-ordination, monthly inventories and reporting, Record-keeping, Wholesale sales and reporting, compliance with FDA, ODA, TTB, OLCB rules and regs. Organizational skills are extremely important. People skills a must. Forecasting skills are helpful. Coordinating with our other locations is critical. Written and oral communications skills important. For The Winery at Wilcox, Inc, people are important it s not just a slogan. Candidate will report to the President and Vice President of the Company.
