MARITIME INFLUENCE Small diurnal variance, moderated by region s cape location, proximity to the Indian and Southern Oceans and associated sea breezes. PERFECT SOILS Gravel-loam over clay. These dry, lean soils provide ideal drainage for optimum balances between vine growth and yield.
