3 THE LAWN The Club s expansive lawn area, on the banks of the Swan, is the perfect location for sundowners, gourmet BBQ s, Christmas parties under the stars, and more. The lawn area is fully licensed, with a waterfront bar, alfresco area and BBQ facilities included at no extra cost. K ILBURN HALL Located on the first floor, Kilburn Hall is the largest indoor venue in the complex. Boasting some of the most inspiring views from floor to ceiling windows, the venue is perfect for gala dinners, conferences, and larger off site planning sessions. COL TAYLOR LOUNGE The Col Taylor Lounge offers spectacular river and city views and is perfect for smaller meetings and presentations. The venue incorporates the Bar & Lounge, the perfect area for break out sessions or afternoon drinks, with access to the large balcony overlooking the Swan. PETE S BAR & LOUNGE Perfect for sundowners and more relaxed office cocktail parties, Pete s Bar & Lounge can be hired for exclusive use and offers spectacular views across the Swan to the Perth City skyline. With access to the large outdoor balcony, you ll be able to enjoy open air sunset drinks and soak up the serenity. 7 T E A M - B U I L D I N G A C T I V I T I E S Mounts Bay Sailing Club is the perfect location for hosting innovative and hands on Team Building activities. Sailing activities can be run by one of our experienced instructors, or alternatively, our Functions Manager works with some of Perth s best corporate team-building companies, who can manage a range of additional fun and challenging water and land based team-building activities. Please see our Preferred Suppliers list for more details. The nature of sailing makes it ideal for Team Building, and the calm waters of the Swan River offer excellent sailing conditions. Corporate sailing activities, either with one boat or more, involve participants engaged in challenges that parallel real work environments and ones that facilitate respect, co-operation, communication, and teamwork. Take the Sailing Challenge: Learn the basics and race between teams or tackle an on-water course. Up to 7 boats available 2-3 delegates per boat Experienced skippers and instructors From 3-20 delegates at one time All safety equipment supplied COST: DURATION: on application 1-2 Hours.
