For over 50 years we ve been working closely with clients to make their event dreams becomes realities. Located in Sydney s Eastern Suburbs and just 15 minutes from the CBD, Roundhouse is a convenient getaway from the bustle of the city. It s situated on the main campus of the University of New South Wales, renowned as a vibrant hub of innovation and thought leadership. Throughout 2017 Roundhouse has undergone extensive refurbishments and upgrades. The impressive main amphitheatre space is equipped with world-class audio-visual technology; and our 8 breakout rooms are complimented by a fully licensed expansive outdoor area. Apart from its iconic architecture, Roundhouse continues to capitalise on its unique interior versatility. 3 VENUE LAYOUT Roundhouse is a dynamic venue, capable of hosting a diverse range of events. From vibrant live entertainment to complex conferences the Roundhouse is as variable as the events it contains. We re also excited to offer you our personalised event management services and venue hire at competitive industry prices. The central amphitheatre space is an expansive 900m2 and can host a front-facing audience, dinners for up to 500 people, thrust stage or exhibition/ trade show. With stateof-the-art audio-visual capacity, it s an ideal space for your keynote speaker or featured entertainment. The adjacent bar area can be incorporated, or closed off from this main function space as required. Upstairs, the mezzanine overlooks the central area and gives your event the option of 8 smaller breakout function spaces. The largest of these is the Club Bar, ideal for your more intimate gatherings or medium-sized functions. Breakout rooms can be individually booked or utilised at your discretion as part of a venue package. The Roundhouse mezzanine and central amphitheatre opens out to our leafy beergarden area. This space is ideal for socialising or intermission as your guests recharge and refocus. Please speak to one of our Event Managers about your requirements as we will help you organise everything you need for a seamless event. The Mezzanine Level (L1) offers up to five function spaces that can be booked individually or as part of a venue package.
