Discussed: Night time toileting residents must ring bell if assistance is required. Care staff who assist residents with showering to remember to tidy up the bathroom and place used towels in appropriate laundry bag. Evening shift staff to be aware of noise levels and not wake sleeping residents. Question was asked if the phones used by night shift staff can have the ring volume turned down. Issue to be discussed at next clinical meeting. Resident prefers rice rather than potato with vegetarian chickpea curry. Air conditioning units in House 6/7 (rooms facing South) heating to be checked.
