SINCE 2008, Sanjay has been with us here at the Queensberry Hotel. Professionally trained, he has had some great opportunities and experiences working with hotels, cruise liners, restaurants and pubs all around the world. After completing Hotel School in India, Sanjay joined the prestigious Taj Group of Hotels and later joined the Ultra Luxury Hotel Burj Al Arab, Dubai to learn the art of cooking to a western palate. Later he moved to the USA to fulfill his passion of cooking. Calling Melbourne home for the past 13 odd years Sanjay has worked asexecutive Chef in various hotels including Clarion Suites Gateway and Rydges. Here at the Queensberry, Sanjay changes his menu with the seasons to take into account seasonal produce and flavours.
