Group booking conditions pre-paid bookings all buffet & cocktail menus only are required to be pre-paid 7 days in advance. Additionally, during the festive season (nov 12 dec 31) due to extremely high demand, it has become necessary for all group booking food menus to be pre-paid 7 days prior, after that payment is processed there will be no refunds given.
