It s not just about finding the choicest cuts of meat, the freshest fish and finest vegetables cooked to perfection by one of the best chefs in Dar. I also want my customers to feel comfortable and at home. Or, better yet, as if they are visiting aclose friend who loves to entertain. Because I love to entertain! and this is my home. If you re reading this, chances are that you re sitting in what still serves as my garage. If you didn t notice, it s probably because of those carefully selected details. I painted the walls, designed the rustic furniture, made sure everything fit together and looked just right the type of place I d be proud to welcome family and friends. No detail is too small that it can t be experimented with, from the spices in our food to the hand-crafted lighting. It s not about dreaming. It s about doing. It s about pursuing your interests and passions. It s about sharing the best things in life with good friends, old and new. And who could dream of anything better?
