MEET MONTI One day whilst travelling through Asia, I went to visit an old friend who moved to Singapore immediately after the war and I spent the whole day with him. I felt lucky to discover all the beauty of this city, experiencing his hospitality when he showed me all sorts of places. We got happily lost in a maze of dark and mysterious alleys, tasted flavours from five continents all at the same time and savoured delicacies in local markets. He told me that Singapore is a city in full growth, that wants to establish its place in the world and that Singaporeans are proud to participate in this endeavor. They are full of energy and value the quality of life that they have here From that day I became enamoured with this growing metropolis, and every chance I can, I will try to contribute, to create a place that would be a good meeting point, a place where one can use all of his five senses. We will have classic Italian food, attentive service, quality music, sexy drinks and a view to die for I hope you will like it as much as I do!
