2 Introduction I.K Trading, Marketing s new technology in the Draft Beer Industry. Syroflo Ltd. lead by Mr. Feldman, mechanical engineer and a team of experts in flow solutions and beverage dispensing. Syroflo has been designing and developing an innovative range of products since 1990 ISO - Integrate Sold Out for Post Mix dispensing machines [Coca-Cola USA] Fob Stop [distributed by Shurflo ] BFS - SS / Plastic / Electronic Beer Foam Stop [ BFS ] commercial for 8 years

3 FOAM - Is it a Problem? We want the foam in the beer glass with it s delicious aromas The Foam boosting our profit as foam is only 25% beer. We don t want the foam entering the beer line when keg empties, spitting and spraying at the bar. A line full of foam has to be flushed before it can be used again, until the beer hits consistency and can be served again. We don t to want pour profits down the drain.

4 FOB Detector the solution A FOB detector will eliminate the need to refill lines with beer and purge air from the system. Save labor effort when bartender has to spend time cleaning when a blown empty keg has made a mess at the bar. Since the beer line is full with beer at any time, microbiological growth in the beer line reduced significantly. Reduces beer loss. Increases beer profit. So why breweries don t like FOB detectors?????

6 Hygiene Dirty FOBs Detectors The chamber (a cylinder housing beer) must be soaked with line cleaning solution during each line cleaning. If the service technician makes shortcuts, the FOB is not exposed to any cleaning solution and beer stone develops. The beer yeast attaches to the beer stone [Calcium Oxalate] creates Diacetyl. This gives the beer a slick, creamy texture and makes the beer taste like butter.
