Vail was home to one of the earliest brew pubs in America and sparked the interest of our beer-loving founders. The pairing of Old World brewing and Ellicottville s ski town culture proved to be a success ahead of the trend. In 2013, EBC completed major restaurant and beer garden renovations as well as upgraded and expanded its brewing operations.
