3 YOUR WEDDING RECEPTION PACKAGE INCLUDES: RIVERVIEW BALLROOM (5) Hour Rental of the Riverview Ballroom complete with round and rectangular tables, chairs, floor length linens, cloth napkins, dance floor, and day of set up/tear down. Complimentary cake cutting and plating is included. HONEYMOON SUITE All packages include overnight accommodations in a King Suite for the newlyweds on their wedding night. HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS Sleeping rooms are available at a special discounted group rate and will be held until (3) weeks prior to the wedding date. Any rooms not reserved by this date will be released into hotel inventory for general sale. 11 FAQ S Q. Can I add liquor to the reception packages that include host beer, wine & soda? A. You may add liquor to any host bar. The cost to add House Liquor is $12 per person and Premium Liquor is $15 per person. If you would like to offer cash liquor in addition to the host beer, wine & soda, that would be free of charge to you and your guests would purchase beverages on their own. Q. Can I add an entree or side to the buffets? A. You can add an additional entree for $5 per person and a side for $3 per person. Q. What if we would like to add an hour to the reception? A. To rent the ballroom beyond the (5) hours included in the packages is $400 per hour and we do not rent past 12am. Additional costs for the bar would be applied as well. Q. What time can we start setting up the day of? A. Included in all reception packages is hotel staff set up and tear down. We do have the capabilities to do several events in one day, so we cannot guarantee any earlier than (2) hours prior for set up time until closer to the date. Q. What is the cost for chair covers? A. Chair covers are $4 per chair and include the cover and sash. Q. Can I add more rooms if my room block fills up? Am I held responsible for rooms that do not get booked? A. Additional rooms are based on the availability of the hotel. Please note weekends are a high demand time and there can be limited availability. You are not held responsible for rooms that do not get reserved. At the (3) week cut off date, any rooms not reserved will be released. Q. Can I receive a list of who has booked in my block? A. Yes, we would be happy to send a rooming list to the client upon request. Q. What time is check-in/check-out and can I check-in early? A. Early check-in may be requested, but is not guaranteed, and is based upon availability. Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 12pm. Q. How are welcome/gift bags distributed to our guests? A. Gift bags can be dropped off to the front desk (1) day prior to group arrival and there should be (1) bag per room. All guests booked under the group will receive a welcome bag at check in. Q. I'm a Marriott Rewards Member, do I receive points for the event & room block? A. Yes, Marriott Event Planner Points are awarded for every dollar spent on the event including any group rooms with a minimum of (10) rooms actualized on a given night.

13 CONSIDERATIONS We're at your service to customize menus & accommodate any special requests. With the exception of wedding cakes, all food and beverage must be purchased and served by the hotel. All events require a $500 non-refundable advance deposit due with the sales agreement. No reservation is confirmed until the deposit is received. 24% service charge & applicable sales tax will be added to all banquet items. Private menu tasting must be scheduled fourteen (14) days in advance. Beef products are not available for the tasting due to costs. Client must choose (3) entrees and (4) sides to taste and hotel allows up to (6) people to attend. Final menu & guaranteed head count is due to Sales Department (14) days prior to event. Final head count & payment is due to Sales Department (3) business days prior to event. If no guarantee is received, the hotel will charge for the expected number of guests. A signed Banquet Event Order & Banquet Check is required at least (3) days prior to event. All functions are to be paid with cash or credit card (3) days prior to event. The hotel doesn't assume responsibility for damage or loss of any merchandise. The patron assumes full responsibility for any damages to the hotel property caused by the patron, their guests or their agents, including any loss of business caused by damage or disturbance. Affixing anything to the walls, floors or ceiling with nails, staples, carpet tape or other substance is not permitted. Please consult the Sales Department for assistance in displaying of all materials. Hotel reserves the right to inspect & control any event being held on the premises. All Federal, State & Local Laws are strictly adhered to. Due to Board of Health regulations, perishable items may not leave the premise after your event. The attendance you anticipate & the setup your event requires are the primary factors in your room assignment. Revisions in these requirements may necessitate a reassignment.
