3 Grace Corned Beef Pie can large Grace Corned Beef can Grace Green Peas can Grace Whole Kernel Corn tbsp Grace Curry Powder tbsp Chopped Cilantro cups Flour / cup Margarine + tbsp / cup Shortening + tbsp cup Cold Water Egg Beaten Pie Dough: Crumble flour with margarine and shortening; mix half of the beaten egg with cold water; add liquid mixture to crumbled flour to make pastry dough. Separate dough in half. Roll dough on a floured surface. Place one rolled pastry dough to fit pie pan bottom. Pie Filling: Mix Grace Corned Beef, Grace Green Peas, Grace Whole Kernel Corn, Grace Curry Powder and cilantro in a saucepan for about minutes. Place warm ingredients in pie pan. Cover with the nd rolled dough. Press pie dough edge with fork. Brush the remaining half of the beaten egg on the top of the pie dough. Cut foil paper in strips and cover the edge of the pie. Pour blended mixture on the ice in the glasses. Place drinks in freezer for 0 mins. Stir and Serve. 5 Grace Mac-Fritters cans Grace Mackerel tsp Grace All Purpose Seasoning Salt tsps Grace Pepper Sauce Grace Coconut Oil for Frying med Onion med Bell Pepper sprigs Cilantro / cup Water / lb Flour tsps Baking Powder Egg / tsp Ground Black Pepper Use a blender or food processor to chop and mince the Grace Mackerel, onion, Grace Pepper Sauce and cilantro with / cup water. Empty the mixture in a bowl and add all remaining ingredients. Mix well until completely moistened. Drop by tablespoonful into hot Grace Coconut Oil and fry until golden brown. 6 Grace Shrimp Coconut Soup can Grace Coconut Milk A dash of Grace Pepper Sauce tbsps Malher Consomme tbsps Paprika tsp Black Pepper Onion Diced / cup Sweet Pepper Diced lb Shrimp Cilantro Clean, Peel and Wash Shrimps (set aside for broth) Season shrimps with Malher Consomme (set aside) To Make Broth: Boil skin with tbsp paprika, black pepper and cilantro. After boiling, strain and discard skin. Stir fry onion and sweet pepper add to broth. Add Grace Coconut milk, shrimps and a dash of Grace Pepper Sauce to broth. Simmer until shrimps become pink. 7 Grace Plated Tamales large tin Grace Green Peas Grace Distilled White Vinegar / tsp Grace Chicken Seasoning lbs Chicken Cleaned and Cut tsp Salt / tsp Black Pepper large Tomato Diced Finely balls Red Recado tsp Cumin / tsp Thyme medium Onion Finely Diced tsp Dried Oregano medium Carrot Diced Sweet Pepper Diced tbsp Grace Coconut Oil / cup Water Masa lbs Fresh Corn Masa tsps Shortening tsp Salt Clean chicken with Grace White Vinegar. Drain and season with salt and black pepper, thyme, Grace Chicken Seasoning, and recado. Cover and marinate in fridge for an hour. In large pot, add oil and brown chicken over medium heat. Add onion, carrots, sweet peppers, and tomatoes. Cook for min, then add water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until chicken is tender. Separately, in a medium size bowl, add masa, salt and shortening. Mix well and roll in inch balls. Flatten to / inch thick patties. Set aside. Drop patties in gravy (should be sufficient to cover patties) and add Grace Green Peas, simmer for 0 minutes. Serve hot in bowl. 8 Grace Cassava Pudding large Grace Evaporated Milk / packs Grace Coconut Milk Powder tbsps Grace Coconut Oil (set aside) lbs Cassava lb Sugar (Brown or White optional) oz Ginger (wash and grate) / tbs Nutmeg tbsps Vanilla Essence cups Lukewarm Water Wash, peel and grate cassava. Add sugar to grated cassava. Add ginger, nutmeg, Grace Evaporated Milk and vanilla essence. Then mix the / packs Grace Coconut Powder in cups lukewarm water and add to the other ingredients. Mix vigorously for two minutes. Grease 0 x baking pan with Tbsps Grace Coconut Oil then pour the mixture into the pan. 9 Grace Jerk Pork Chops tbsp Grace Jerk Seasoning tbsp Grace Jerk Sauce / tsps Grace Soy Sauce Grace Vinegar Grace All Purpose Seasoning lb Pork Chop Salt Clean and cut the pork chops in serving pieces and season with Grace Jerk Seasoning, Grace Jerk Sauce, Grace Soy Sauce, Grace Vinegar, and salt to your taste. Balance of Seasoning, finish it off for the gravy. Leave it to simmer for a - mins until gravy is ready. Serve with white rice and stew beans and top with Grace Fish and Meat Sauce. 10 Grace Chicken Vienna Pizza cans Grace Red Kidney Beans cans Grace Vienna Sausages (your choice) cups Grace Ketchup tbsps Grace Pepper Sauce cans Grace Mixed Vegetable tbsps Grace Coconut Oil tsps Garlic Powder / lbs Onions oz Dutch Cheese / tsp Baking Powder / tsp Salt Mash Grace Red Kidney Beans, add salt and Grace Pepper Sauce. Saute two tbsps chopped onions, add beans and fry for three minutes. Dice Grace Vienna Sausages, grate cheese, combine Grace Ketchup, Grace Pepper Sauce and garlic powder. Slice burger breads in halves and paste on beans. Top with chopped onions, dice sausage, and mix vegetables. Pour tbsps sauce on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Beat eggs and vinegar and allow to settle for minutes. Soak the cup of oats in a small bowl for minutes. Combine all remaining ingredients together along with the eggs, oats and chopped vegetable. Heat non-stick skillet with Grace Coconut Oil. Use a spoon to scoop out desired amount of mixture, and place in the frying pan. Fry until golden brown. Serve with white rice and stew beans. This mixture may be used to make quick and fancy finger sandwiches or delicious hors d oeuvres as a topping for crackers. How about a quick dip? 13 Grace Curried Shanks lbs Lamb Shanks tbsps Grace Curry Powder tbsps Malher Seasoning Salt can Grace Coconut Milk tbsps Grace Coconut Oil / cup Grace Vinegar tsps Grace Hot Sauce cloves Garlic Stalks Scallion (finely chopped) / Grated Ginger tsp Nutmeg large Onion (medium diced) tbsps Brown Sugar Carrots (large diced) / cup Raisins (Optional) Thoroughly wash lamb shanks with Grace Vinegar and rinse with water. Season using garlic, scallions, ginger, and nutmeg and brown in hot Grace Coconut Oil. Stew shanks until tender. When meat is tender add onions, Grace Curry Powder, Malher Seasoning Salt, brown sugar, carrots and Grace Coconut Milk and cook for 0 minutes more. Lastly, add Grace Hot Sauce and raisins. Brown Sugar Glaze Ingredients (glaze): cup Brown Sugar / tsp Grace Soy Sauce tsp Grace Yellow Mustard tbsp Grace White Vinegar / cup Honey Ingredients (ham): Ham of desired size Cloves / cup Grace Yellow Mustard Glaze Mix all ingredients Ham Preparation Place ham fat side up in roasting pan. Spread Grace Yellow Mustard over surface of ham. Roast (covered with foil) approximately - minutes per pound. Remove ham 0 minutes before finishing. Remove any skin. Cut ham s fat surface in uniform diamond shapes and insert cloves in each diamond. Brush on glaze. Bake 0 minutes (uncovered). Reapply glaze and cook for another 0-0 minutes or until glaze brown. Ham should be degrees in center to ensure that cooking is complete. Remove from oven and re-cover with foil. Let stand. Ham will continue to cook away from oven for another 0 minutes.
