2 THE DISH Located in the heart of Phoenix s Arcadia neighborhood, The Henry is the 15th concept from the Fox family of restaurants. Positioned underneath Fox Restaurant Concepts home office, or Big Kitchen, the restaurant features a warm interior adorned with rich evergreen banquettes, navy and gold-studded walls, and a mix of modern and industrial décor that will make you feel like they have a place in the neighborhood that immediately feels like home. Now you can meet and dine with family, friends and colleagues in Henry s private dining spaces. From the large conference room with industrial modern touches and AV capabilities, to a test kitchen that feels like the best home chef s kitchen, The Henry is set to accommodate 10 to 100 guests. Like any seasoned host, The Henry offers an open house style reception menus or limited coursed menus of our tried and true favorites. 4 Group Event Information When booking your group reservation, please note that dates come with a food & beverage revenue guarantee. Minimums do not include our service charge or sales tax and may vary based on the day of the week and time of the year. Event Guarantees The Henry will need to receive your final guest commitment 72 business hours prior to each of your events. Should this number not be made available at the requested time, the originally established attendance will be used. Group menus and beverage choices will need to be chosen 2 weeks in advance. This will guarantee food and beverage item availability and printing of the menus for the day/night of the event. Service Charge & Applicable Tax Services listed in this packet are subject to a 4% service charge and appropriate sales tax. The amount of gratuity you choose to leave for our servers is determined solely by you. You may indicate the amount of the tip in the pre-authorization form or wait for your final check before deciding on the amount of the tip. Cancellation Policy 7 business days prior to the event required. Failure to cancel will result in a charge to the credit card given; 50% of the food and beverage minimum. Larger events and restaurant buy-outs will have different cancellation conditions and a 25% deposit will apply. Confirming Reservation In order to reserve your space for your group event, a confirmation form will be sent and it will need to be signed and faxed back 3 days after the form is sent. Menu Item Changes We re dedicated to the craftsmanship of food and wine, and our menus change seasonally. When choosing your food and wine options, substitutions may occur when menu changes take place at each FOX restaurant location. 4
