3 CATERING FAQs Have a Birthday, Brunch, Business Lunch or Bris you need food for? We ve got you covered! How do I order? Visit our website at mamalehs.com. Fill out a catering inquiry (found to the left of the logo at the top of the page) We will contact you within 24 hours Monday through Friday and 72 hours on weekends. Check for an from us in your spam. Catering hours are M-F, 8am-4pm. Give us a call if it is outside of catering hours or if you have a last-minute request. How do I know my order is confirmed? You will be asked to place a credit card on file through our secure portal to confirm your order. Please note: Your order will not be confirmed or prepared without your credit card on file and without a credit card on file, you run the risk of not being able to order some items that take longer to prepare. Can you deliver catering? YES! Delivery is available to most of the Greater Boston area. We use a local courier service, and can confirm the price with your order. How much notice do you need for catering? We ask for as much notice as you can give. 72 hours is great. 48 hours is do-able hours we are happy to put together, but you may be subject to a limited supply of some items. Babka requires 72 hours notice to prepare, though we may have some prepared to sell from the deli counter. Same with Challah. Same with large quantities of bagels. Ultimately, we will do our best to accommodate, but if you are unconfirmed within 72 hours we will need some flexibility to offer alternative items. What other charges can I expect? All catering orders are subject to 7% tax and a 6% catering fees and delivery when applicable What if I need to cancel an order or make a change? We ask that all changes or cancellations be made and confirmed within 24 hours! Please note: For orders over $400, cancellations and partial cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee in addition to responsibility for the administrative fee.
