1 Weber Tangy BBQ Sauce Main Dishes, Salads, and Soups 2 Tb butter 1 Tb Worchestershire Sauce 3 Tb finely chopped onions ¼ Cup lemon Juice ½ cup finely chopped celery Brown Sugar to taste 1 Cup Catsup 1 tsp dry mustard 2 Tb Vinegar Salt and Pepper 1. Melt butter in a skillet and cook onion and celery until tender. 2. Add remaining ingredients and cook to blend flavors. (15-20min) Famous Dave s Baked Beans 8 oz. Thick Hickory-Smoked Bacon 1 cup Chopped onions 1, 8oz. Strip Steak (optional) 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper Famous Dave s Steak Seasoning to Taste (2) 28oz. Cans Bush s Baked Beans 1, 8oz. Smoky Polska (1) 20oz. bottle Famous Dave s BBQ Sauce* 2 Tb Bacon Drippings * Can substitute for Sweet Baby Rays 1. Fry the bacon to a crisp and then chop it up and drain it. Save 2Lbs of the drippings. 2. Season Steak and grill it. 3. Grill the Polska. 4. Chop both the steak and polska. 5. Sauté onion and red pepper in the bacon drippings until a tender/crisp. 6. Mix all ingredients together on a low heat for about 30min, stirring occasionally. *Flavor is enhanced if stored, covered, in thefridge for 8-10 hrs. and reheated just before serving*
2 Meatball Sub (Makes 2 full crock pots) 2 Bags Sam s Club Meatballs 2 Bags Mix Lettuce 4 Bags Sarah Lee Rolls 1 Box Cherry Tomatoes (1) 2-Pack of XL Prego 2 Packs Provolone Cheese Taquitos (Makes 14Doz.) (1) 6lb Can Brazilian Beef (1) 15oz jar La Victoria Green Sauce 2-3Tb. Garlic Salt 1tsp. salt Pepper to taste Small Corn tortillas 1. Mix above ingredients together, except tortillas. 2. Warm tortillas, 1min to soften 3. Roll small amount of meat and shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese tightly in tortilla 4. Pinch meat and dam shape near edge- place cheese on other side of meat- towards center of tortilla and then roll tightly 5. Sprinkle taquitos with salt and pepper as soon as they come out of the skillet.

Cool and chop into medium cubes. Do night before and store in gallon zip-locks. Morning: put ½ / ½ butter and Canola Oil and start frying the onions when they are half done, add the potatoes season salt and pepper and cook until browned. Cheap and really good..great for breakfast burritos Caramelized Syrup: ½ to 2/3 of XXL Mrs. Butterworths Syrup from Costco - add 2 or 3 cubes of butter in heavy pot and put on medium heat for 30 plus minutes and let caramelize yummy- don t need butter for French toast or pancakes when you have this. 5 Hawaiian Haystacks (I crock pot full) (1) 3½lb Tyson s Teriyaki Chicken Fillets (pre-cooked, thawed and chopped) 7 cans (10¾oz) Cream of Chicken soup. 2 14oz Cans Swanson s Chicken Broth 1 medium Onion- Diced 1 or 2 Red Bell Peppers 1. Sauté Onion and Bell Pepper in a little olive oil 2. Add a few drops of Worcestershire sauce 3. Put Chicken soup and broth in crock pot 4. Scrape Onion and Bell Pepper into pot (get all of the drippings) and stir thoroughly 5. Add Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste Lasagna 1 big mult: Pack Italian Sausage (2) 2 packs XL Prego & 1 regular Jar of Prego 2 Large yellow onions- sauté in a little of sausage grease or olive oil ½ meat + ½ sauce + ½ onions in sauce pot 4 XL Boxes Lasagna noodles 2 XL Ricotta Cheese- Sam s 1 Large Parmesan 4 eggs 2 tsp Garlic Salt 2 Large bags mozzarella 1. Put Ricotta Cheese, Parmesan, eggs, garlic salt and mozzarella in a bowl and blend it with a mixer until smooth.
6 Fancy Grilled Cheese (I make 5 to 8 times this recipe depending on crowd) 3 oz cream cheese-softened 3/4 c Mayo 1c med shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. salt Sliced sour dough bread-buttered (get loaves from Costco) 1. Mix cream cheese and mayo until smooth. 2. Add in garlic powder and salt. 3. Add cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. 4. Butter the outside of the bread and spread the cheese mixture on the inside of the bread. 5. Fry in pan just like regular grilled cheese These are Amazing! Great with soups Taco Bar Meat Mix (Serves 50 people, several tacos each) 8lb Ground Beef 1 XL Yellow Onion Finely Chopped (2) 10½ oz. Campbell s French Onion soup concentrate (do not add water) (1) 10oz. Can Rotel regular or hot 3 Packets Taco Mix- Add 1 more if prefer 1. Prepare before church- or- night before and refrigerate. 2. Cook on low during church- Can turn off during relief society and will stay hot
7 Minestrone Soup (2) 14½ oz. cans beef broth ¾ cup water (1) 14½ oz. can dice tomatoes 2Tb. Olive oil 1 cup potato 1 clove garlic, minced 1 cup green cabbage ½ tsp. dried basil 1 cup carrots ¼ tsp. dried rosemary 1 cup zucchini 1 bay leaf ¾ cup onions ¾ cup green beans ¾ cup celery 1 can beans (white or kidney) Parmesan cheese 1lb. ground beef or turkey 1. Brown meat with onions. 2. Dice/cut vegetables. 3. Combine all ingredients in crockpot except beans and cheese. Mix well. 4. Cover and cook on low for 5-6hrs. 5. Add beans. 6. Cover and continue cooking another hour or until vegetables are done. 7. Remove bay leaf. 8. Add parmesan cheese as desired.
8 Taco Soup 1½ to 2lb Ground beef ¾ small bag Frozen corn 1 XL Yellow onion (1) 16oz. Jar Pace Picante Mild Sauce 2Tb. Minced garlic 2 cans diced tomatoes 2 Packets Taco Seasoning Mix 3 cans chicken broth (1) 7oz. + (1) 4oz. Can Green Chiles 1½-2c. cooked minute Rice 2 regular size Cans kidney beans- drained 1. Brown Ground Beef w/chopped onion and minced garlic 2. Combine all other ingredients into soup pot or XL Crockpot. 3. Then add ground beef mixture 4. Serve with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and tortilla chips. Southwest Corn Chowder 1 c. chopped onion 1 can Chicken broth 1 Tb. Olive oil Cooked Chicken-diced 1 Tb. Of chili powder (1) oz. Tub Whipped Cream Cheese 1 Tb. Chili powder 1 cup milk 1 tsp. cumin fresh cilantro to garnish (1) 6oz. pkg. frozen corn 1 jar Trader Joes Chunky mild sauce 1. In large pot, sauté onion in oil until soft 2. Stir in flour and seasoning. 3. Add corn, salsa, broth and chicken. Bring to boil and remove from heat 5. Spoon cream cheese into a small bowl and mix w/milk 6. Gradually stir in ½ c hot soup mixture and stir. Add cream cheese mixture to pot, mix well
9 Potato Cheese Soup 8 large potatoes diced 2 onions chopped Add enough water to just cover potatoes, cook until soft In separate pan: Make a roux. Melt 1 stick margarine, then add 6 Tb. Flour and stir until mixture bubbles. Remove from heat, add 1 cup milk, put back on heat and stir until mixture thickens. Pour mixture into potatoes (do not drain potatoes). Then add: 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese 2 tsp. salt ½ tsp. seasoned salt ½ tsp. paprika ¼ tsp. pepper Continue to heat until cheese is melted, stirring constantly.
10 Tony Roma s Baked Potato Soup 2 cubes butter 1 tsp. dry basil 1 large Onion- diced ½ tsp. black pepper 1 cup flour ½ tsp. Tabasco 1 Qt. half and half 8 cups chicken stock Approx. 8 medium baked potatoes-bake, peel, and cut into pieces 1 tsp. salt 1. Melt butter, add onions and sauté. 2. Add flour and mix thoroughly, cook rue on low for 5min. 3. Slowly add hot chicken stock to rue- stir continuously until smooth. 4. Add ½ and ½ and all other ingredients (except potatoes). 5. Simmer for 10min. Add potatoes and stir, simmer for 10 more min. 6. Add more salt and pepper if desired. 7. Top w/shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled crisp bacon
