1 Willkommen im Biergarten! We are delighted to welcome you to Biergarten in Tivoli Gardens where the food is Austrian and the beers are large, cold and on tap. Enjoy a view of the Roller Coaster s alpine peaks, delicious food prepared on an open grill, and the authentic after-ski or summer in Tyrol atmosphere with beer poured by a pretty Heidi or a lederhosen-clad Hansi. You can also visit our two outlets, Alpehytten (the Alpine Hut) and Jagthytten (the Hunting Lodge). Alpehytten provides the authentic Austrian after-ski feel, with beer on tap and light dishes and snacks served on long, solid tables, while Jagthytten, offers an exclusive hunting atmosphere with comfortable leather chairs and a fire in the grate. Both Alpehytten and Jagthytten are open Thursday to Saturday 4 pm - 2 am throughout the year and are accessed from Bernstorffsgade 7. 7 GETRÄNKE EDELWEISS VOM FASS / EDELWEISS ON TAP Wheat beer is a specialist beer generally aimed at beer connoisseurs who want a little more or something different from the usual pilsner beer. As wheat beer is top-fermented, it is fruitier and particularly fresh due to the higher content of carbon dioxide. It therefore appeals especially to the quality-conscious beer drinker who wants something a little different. Edelweiss Snowfresh The use of special yeast cultures gives Edelweiss its fruity, sharp and aromatic taste, which is different from other wheat beers. It is fresh and bubbly, with a hint of honey to finish. The typical, naturally rich colour is due to the extra yeast, which takes a little longer to settle in the bottle or glass. Alcohol percentage: 5,0 % vol. Edelweiss Hefetrüb Edelweiss Hefetrüb is a truly traditional Weissbier with a golden, unfiltered colour. A fruity-fresh sweetness and hints of mature bananas harmonise with delicious flavours of roasted malt, sparkling and full-bodied with a light caramel taste on the first sip. A wonderful classic German dunkelweizen. Alcohol percentage: 5,3 % vol. Lottrup American Lager Darker than pilsner, but lighter than classic with refreshing fruity and floral notes in both scent and taste paired with subtle hints of different hops. Alcohol percentage: 5,0 % vol. Lottrup Gold Button Ale Soft, rich and creamy taste from both honey and wheat malt our interpretation of Golden Ale. The taste is best described as velvety with slight bitterness. Alcohol percentage t: 5,5 % vol. Lottrup Stone Street IPA A malty and fruity IPA with hints of caramel and a lingering aftertaste of grapefruit and zesty acidity. The colour is amber and the foam fabulous. A classic American IPA. Schiøtz Gylden IPA Besides the strong hop flavour, which is an IPA hallmark, this Golden IPA has a broad complexity of taste from the botanical world as do all beers from Schiøtz. Alcohol percentage: 5,9 % vol. Schiøtz Dybsort Porter Dark as the night with a rich aroma and hints of roasted malt and notes of chocolate, licorice and coffee, just like a true ripe porter.
