1 Report Releases: 33. BLED CUP INTERNATIONAL COCKTAIL COMPETITION Bled, Slovenia, 20 May 2011; In Bled was med May 2011, the Hotel Golf, Bled Hotels Sava Company has 33. International Cocktail Competition in mixing bar drinks for the Cup BLED. Competitions prepare cocktails was attended by 42 professional bartenders from 10 European countries (Estonia, Finland, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Croatia and Slovenia) and 16 secondary school students for the hospitality and tourism in Slovenia. Students competed in the preparation of cocktails, which expired in two categories, namely the compulsory work and prepare my own creations. Young future bartender were very uniform, so that you 1 st Prize divided into two schools of the city, SGTŠ Radenci and SŠGT Radovljica.. Professional barman competed in three categories, namely the preparationafterdinner coktail, Sparkling cocktail and Flairtending. In the category of Sweet cocktails won Wojciech Urbański - PBA - Poland, 2 nd Place was Franco Cruder AIBES-Italy, and the 3 rd was Damjan Brajko - DBS -Slovenia. In the preparation of Sparkling cocktails, all first three places and won the Slovenian bartenders; 1 st Place Miro Petrevčič, 2 nd Place Branko Lepoša, 3 rd Place Rok Potisek all D.B.S. - Slovenia. The Flairtending prepared cocktails, the best final appearance out Boris Šimbera - DBS - Slovenia, 2 nd Karlo DAMIJANIC - H.U.B. - Croatia, and 3 rd wasmarco Corgnati - A.I.B.E.S.- Italy. The award for professional work has been Mitja Acman - DBS - Slovenia. Joint winner of the 33rd Bled Cup has become Rok Potisek - D.B.S. - Slovenia. The two-day gathering and competition took place in a pleasant atmosphere so that the entertainer "masters" have promised that next year looks to respond to our invitation to the event. The General sponsor of 33 rd BLED CUP Generalna pokrovitelja tekmovanja za 33. Pokal Bleda, were FRUCTAL d.d. from Ajdovščina city and Merit International - Bacardi & Martini Group Slovenia, from Ljubljana city. Sponsors competitions were Lukin, Izola - Giffard liqueurs, syrups and STA - Slovenian Tourist Association.
