2 Thank You for downloading the Top 10 Jin+Ja recipes! When I first created Jin+Ja I would just drink it by itself or with bourbon (you can me directly for that recipe ;) It was after the first food show we attended that I started playing around with it, reimagining my favorite recipes with a spicy kick. That show was first time that I SAW so many people express how much they liked Jin+Ja in a short period of time. In 4 hours over 1000 people purchased Jin+Ja! I would have never been able to pull that off with the help of some awesome friends. It is those true friends who are there with you to make unforgettable moments happen. Since that show I have been Johnny Appleseed, sharing Jin+Ja with people all over the country and watching its popularity grow. This thrilling ride keeps getting better and better. When Jin+Ja won Outstanding Cold Beverage of the Year I thought it couldn t get any better and then the Specialty Food Association made me the new face of specialty food (complete with a few almost famous moments:0). Six months later Jin+Ja was featured on the CBS Emmy award winning health show, The Doctors, as their top pick for healthy living on-the-go and metabolism booster. Millions of people watched the glowing review they gave Jin+Ja. I went to their studio to personally thank them (and of course left them with a few more bottles of Jin+Ja). ABC and FOX News each did segments on Jin+Ja and most recently Jin+Ja was in the spotlight once again on the new CNBC show, West Texas Investors Club (think Shark Tank meets Duck Dynasty). After spending a week filming in West Texas I have a tremendous respect for television production teams that make the shows we watch so good. 3 Top 10 Jin+Ja Recipes Drinks & Smoothies Smooth It Out 3 oz. kale (2 nice sized leaves) 3 oz. strawberries 1 banana 2 oz. protein powder 6 fl. oz. Original Jin+Ja 3 oz. ice ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper 1. Combine all ingredients in blender. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Seize the day! Flu Fighter 3 cups of Original Jin+Ja 1 cinnamon stick 1 teaspoon of honey ¼ tsp cloves ½ tbsp. turmeric 1. Add all ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil. 2. Once boiling reduce heat and let simmer for about 10 minutes. 3. Pour tea through a strainer and drink while warm. Clean Slate 6 fl. oz. Club Soda 2 fl. oz. Original or Dragon Fruit Jin+Ja Ice (optional) 1. Pour Jin+Ja over Club Soda (with ice in the glass if you want ice). 2. Garnish with lime and enjoy. Blueberry Refresher 1 cup Original or Dragon Fruit Jin+Ja ¼ cup Blueberries 1 cup of Club Soda 1. Blend Jin+Ja and blueberries in a blender into a smooth puree (about 30 seconds). 2. Pour club soda into a glass and pour Jin+Ja/Blueberry puree over the club soda. 3. Garnish with mint and enjoy.
4 Cocktails Dragon-Tini 2 fl. oz. of Belvedere or Grey Goose Vodka 4 fl. oz. of Dragon Fruit Jin+Ja Wedge of lime 1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker ¾ high with ice. 2. Shake vigorously and pour into martini glass. 3. Garnish with lime. Jin+Ja de Mayo 3 fl. oz. Prosecco Sparkling Wine Splash of lemon juice 3 fl. oz. Original Jin+Ja 1 ½ fl. oz. Espolón Tequila 2-3 mint leaves 1. Pour sparkling wine into a tall glass. 2. Add a splash of lemon juice, Jin+Ja and Tequila in that order. 3. Add ice, garnish with mint leaves and enjoy. Kicking Mule 1 fl. oz. Vodka 1 tsp. simple syrup 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice 4 fl. oz. Jin+Ja Splash of club soda 1 sprig fresh mint Slice of lime 1. Fill a rocks glass with ice. 2. Add the ingredients and stir. 3. Garnish with a slice of lime and mint. Jin+Ja Rogers 1 ½ fl. oz. Hendrick s Gin 3 fl. oz. Original Jin+Ja 1 fl. oz. dry sparkling wine 1. Combine gin and Jin+Ja in a shaker. filled ¾ high with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. 2. Pour contents into chilled martini glass. 3. Add sparkling wine and enjoy!
5 Food & Sauces Sweet & Spicy Grilled Veggies 1 red pepper, chopped 1 large red onion, chopped 1 medium zucchini, chopped ½ cup of mushrooms (your preference) 2 tablespoons of Olive oil ½ cup of Jin+Ja Salt and pepper to taste 1. Mix vegetables and olive oil in a bowl until all vegetables are coated. 2. Make a basket out of tin foil. 3. Place vegetables into the flat of the basket and add Jin+Ja. 4. Place foil basket on grill or in an oven. Test at 30 minutes and again at 45 minutes for desired tenderness. Soy Jin+Ja Marinade This is a Jin+Ja version of a Japanese teriyaki marinade, which is good on flank steak, skirt steak, chicken, pork and firm-fleshed fish. Steak, chops and chicken 3 hours - 2 days (the longer the better to let the flavor soak in, but two days max!) Marinate fish fillets for 1 to 2 hours. ½ cup Jin+Ja ¼ cup soy sauce ¼ cup dry sherry 1/3 cup vegetable oil 2 garlic cloves, minced In a small bowl, whisk together the Jin+Ja, soy sauce, sherry, vegetable oil and garlic. If possible, let stand at room temperature for about 1 hour before using to allow the flavors to blend.
