15 some more craft beers on tap CBC AMBER WEIS A German-style Craft Amber Weissbier. Fruity and satisfyingly aromatic, banana ester and a slight hint of clove is noticed in the finishing. Amber, and slight reddish in colour. This beer is not filtered and retains a cloudiness from the yeast. RED ROCK BREWING NINE INCH ALE Nine Inch Ale is light mahogany in colour with a deliciously distinctive malt flavour. Its hop notes are characteristically spicy and you ll experience pleasant hints of citrus as it goes down. When it comes to expert brewing, Nine Inch Ale certainly doesn t disappoint and, like all our beers, it s cold filtered to ensure fuller flavour and refreshing crispness. RED ROCK BREWING FIREBIRD IPA The REDROCK brewmaster personally hand-selected two Belgian malts, Crystal and Chateau Arome, to add distinctive colour and depth of flavour in creating this highly refreshing, easily quaffable IPA. A specially designed Hop Gun then circulates the dry hops, extracting the maximum aromatics for a unique hoppy flavour and perfect bitterness.
