8 HOTEL INFORMATION PRICING OVERVIEW The prices for our Plated, Buffet, and Heavy Hors d oeuvres packages are inclusive of a 4-hour premium open bar as well as a cake allocation. We welcome the opportunity to customize any part of these packages to align with your vision for your special day! PARKING Complimentary self-parking is available. GUEST COUNT Final attendance with the detailed seating chart will be completed with your Event Manager seven (7) business days prior to the wedding. OVERNIGHT ACCOMODATIONS A complimentary guest room is provided for the newlywed couple the evening of their wedding. Should guest rooms be required for your out of town guests, a block of rooms may be reserved. Please inquire for more information. DEPOSIT To secure a date, a signed agreement and nonrefundable advance deposit will be required. Once the signed agreement and deposit is received by the hotel, an Event Manager will be paired with you for all planning and details. A full estimated pre-payment of the event is due seven (7) business days prior to the event. A credit card will need to be on file to cover any overages on the day of the event. WEDDING CEREMONY We may have availability to accommodate space for a ceremony should you be interested. Please inquire about date availability and pricing with your Catering Sales Executive. A complimentary rehearsal time may be coordinated with your Event Manager, based on function space availability. SERVICE CHARGE & SALES TAX A customary 25% service charge and local sales tax (currently 7.75%) will be added to all prices listed. MENU TASTING A menu tasting will be provided complimentary for an event of 50 or more guests. The tasting will include a one (1)-hour experience to recreate your menu for your special day. The tasting will be able to accommodate up to four (4) guests on a date and time confirmed by your Event Manager. FOOD & BEVERAGE The hotel must provide all food and beverage items. The sale and service of alcoholic beverages is regulated by the Georgia State Liquor Commission and the Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta is responsible for the administration of those regulations. It is the hotel s policy that all alcoholic beverages must be provided by the hotel. TABLE LINEN & DÉCOR The hotel will provide complimentary use of our white or black in-house linen and napkins. Mirror tile centerpieces with hurricane globe and white taper candles, surrounded by white votive candles are also included. Based on your requirements, a personalized seating diagram will be designed by your Event Manager so that guest seating may be arranged in accordance with your preferences. SET-UP Hotel will provide a 2-hour set-up time included with the package selected. Additional required set-up time will be charged at $ (exclusive of sales tax) per hour.
