12 INFORMATION COFFEE INFORMATION 1. All coffee beans are directly supplied from farmers and are in grade 1 quality. 2. We offer roasted coffee beans only, however there are several limited variants which we may provide their green beans. Please contact us for more details for the green beans coffee information. 3. Our standard roasting preferences include light roast, medium roast, French roast and dark roast. 4. If not mentioned, our default roasting setting is medium roast. We will roast our coffees based on customer s requirements. 5. All coffee beans we deliver are freshly roasted. 6. Roasted coffee beans have a shelf life of 6-9 months if stored in a proper dry place. CUSTOM BRANDING AND PACKAGING INFORMATION 1. We are able to custom branding our coffees based on your needs. 2. The standard packaging is a 1 Kg (2.2 lbs) black-coloured side gusseted bag with a one-way degasing valve. 3. All packaged coffees are delivered in a safely sealed corrugated carton box containing 10 Kg (22 lbs) of roasted coffees. 4. For orders above 1 metric tons (1000 Kg), the roasted coffee beans will be packed in 60 Kg gunny bags per coffee variant or based on customer s requirements. 5. Custom branding option is only available for a minimum order of 500 Kg roasted coffee beans, we will provide the packaging and the printing jobs without any additional fees (refer to Special Package Information at page 4). 10

13 SPECIAL PACKAGE INFORMATION SPECIAL PACKAGES 1. Silver Discount (The President Coffee Brand) You will get a 10% total discount (for all coffees) if the Total Order Quantity is above 249 Kg. 2. OEM Package (Using Your Own Brand) You will get a 15% total discount (for all coffees) and we will provide the packaging and the printing jobs without any additional fee if the Total Order Quantity is above 499 Kg. 3. GOLDEN DISCOUNTS You will get a 20% total discount (for all coffees) if the Total Order Quantity is above 999 Kg. 4. Special Mini Café Startup Package The Total Minimum Order Quantity is 300 Kg without any discounts, however you will get a Full Mega Pack Mini Café Bonus containing: 1. 1 unit Electric Grinder 2. 3 set Pour Over 3. 2 set Premium French Press 4. 2 pcs Vietnam Drip 5. 1 pcs Local Mini Teko 6. 1 set Hario Syphon 7. 1 unit Aeropress 8. 1 unit Rok Presso 9. 1 pcs Digital Scale/Weigher pcs Thermometer (All in one for FREE, worth more than $1,000) Note: The Full Mega Pack Mini Café Bonus is not included in any other special packages. 11

14 TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE TERMS 1. Minimum Order Quantity for the Premium and Rare Coffees are 5 Kg / variant. 2. Minimum Order Quantity for all other coffee variants are 10 Kg / variant. 3. The Total Minimum Order Quantity for the freshly roasted coffee beans is 100 Kg. You may mix the coffee variants. Example: Aceh Gayo 50 Kg Aceh Gayo Wine 15 Kg Java Ijen 20 Kg Luwak Ijen 15 Kg + Total Order Quantity 100 Kg 4. All payments are processed by telegraphic transfer to our Company s Bank Account. 5. All new customers are required to prepay their first order. PRICING 1. We are not working with price list, if you have an inquiry regarding the prices of the products we will send you a quotation. 2. Due to fluctuations in foreign currencies and price increases by coffee farmers, prices are subject to change without prior notice. 3. Call or our office for up to date pricing before placing an order. SAMPLES AND SHIPMENTS 1. If you need samples, we will give you samples of our coffees for about 200 g per variants for a maximum of 5 variants. Nevertheless, we do not offer samples for premium and rare coffee beans. 2. The samples are free, but you are encouraged to pay the shipments (we will use EMS Pos Indonesia, refer to for estimate shipping cost). 3. All products leaves our warehouse in good condition, we offer an optional surveyor service from an authorized institution with an extra cost. 4. Mega Glori Internasional assumes no responsibility of damage or loss occurs in shipment. We can help collect claims only if we are supplied with a properly noted freight bill indicating damage or shortage, signed by the driver. 5. No merchandise may be returned for money without authorization from Mega Glori Internasional. 12
