2 Fundraising Program Guide At Indulgence Chocolatiers, we know the importance of supporting community organizations that help improve the quality of life for all of us in the Milwaukee area. In that spirit, we have developed a fundraising program that allows community groups to raise funds by selling our unique artisan confections, all of which we handcraft locally right here in Milwaukee. Whether you are an educational, civic, charitable or religious organization, we want to help you achieve your fundraising goals! How it works Get started by contacting us at or info@indulgencechocolatiers.com with the following information: 1) Group Name, 2) Contact Person, 3) Contact Information and 4) Start and End Dates of Fundraiser. For an additional fee, we can feature your group s name on our regular product labels, or you can provide us with your own custom artwork. When you initially contact us, please let us know if this is something your group is interested in. Distribute copies of the enclosed Fundraising Products sheet and Fundraising Order Form to members of your group for their use in selling. Have members of your group collect money as orders are placed by your supporters. At the end of the fundraising period (we recommend a period of two to three weeks) compile orders from your members and contact us to place your group s total order. We require a minimum order of $250 and at least two weeks lead time for order fulfillment. Pick up your order at our Walker s Point location (211 S. 2 nd St., Milwaukee, WI 53204). We also offer free delivery in the Milwaukee metro area for orders over $500. Payment is due at the time of pick-up or delivery. Distribute purchased products to those who supported your group, and enjoy the smiles on their faces when they receive the finest confections in Milwaukee! Pricing Groups participating in our fundraising program receive the following discounted pricing on all the confections featured on the enclosed Fundraising Product sheet. o Fine Chocolate s (3.5oz): $4.50 o Premium Toffees (50z): $5.25 o Cocoa Mixes (12.5oz): $7.50 The pricing your group offers its supporters is at your discretion, but we recommend you sell our products somewhere in the following price ranges: o Fine Chocolate s (3.5oz): $6 to $8 o Premium Toffees (50z): $7 to $9 o Cocoa Mixes (12.5oz): $11 to $12.50 Still Have Questions?
