Important: Neglecting to pick-up your order on this date may result in a fundraising deduction. Hand out your orders! You, the seller, are responsible for handing out orders to those who ordered from you. It s courteous to do this as soon as possible.

2 Information commonly asked for:? You, the seller, are making one payment for your full order. Your cheque should be made payable to Southland Church and can be postdated to Sunday, April 28, NO POSTDATED CHEQUES beyond this date please. If you have collected orders for chips, perogies and cheese, 1 cheque may be written for all orders. All orders must be picked up from 3pm-8pm on Monday, May 13 th, at Southland Church by the seller. Neglecting to pick up during this time, without making prior arrangements, will be subject to up to a 10% loss of fundraising profits towards your camp costs. If you raise enough money to cover your camp costs, any previously made payments will be refunded to you, with the exception of the $50 non-refundable admin deposit. If you raise enough money to exceed your camp costs, you may specify another camper to support. All remaining money raised will go towards Southland s Camper Sponsorship program to help send other kids to camp. Should you not be able to attend camp for whatever reason, any money raised will go towards Camper Sponsorship. Completing the fundraiser does not guarantee a spot at camp.
