12 We are pleased to offer the following selections in our gift boxes, baskets and jars. We bake the old-fashioned way, in small batches throughout the day, by hand, using only a mixer and an oven. All of our baked goods are made from scratch, and you most definitely can taste the difference. We use only the finest ingredients, despite cost increases resulting from competitors switching to mixes and processed foods. These ingredients include imported Callebaut and Valrhona chocolate and Madagascar Vanilla. We honor the animals that provide us with beautiful cage-free eggs and dairy by not using ingredients with gelatin, which is why you won t see marshmallow products in our cases.
