Orders can be placed - by fax by sales@chocobel.co.uk Phone for a trade-price list. - by phone (Monday to Friday 9 to 5). - by post, send your order to the address on the frontcover. - with your sales agent. Whatever method you choose, please always order with our product reference numbers. How to pay for 1st order? Your first order is payable when you place the order by Debit or Credit Card, Proforma Invoice or by cheque prior to shipping the goods. You will receive an account application form with your first order. Subject to approval of that you will have a 30 day account for your next orders. If your account is not approved - you can still order from us but you need to pay by credit card with every order. How to pay for the next orders? Once you have established an account - you can pay your invoices, strictly 30 days please : - by cheque - cheques made payable to Paramount Contracts. - By Debit or Credit Card, we accept most major cards. Why not pay by credit card when the invoice is due for payment, 30 days after the invoice date. This gives you an extra 30 days credit with your credit card company. - By Bacs to our Nat West account, details provided upon request. - OR You can - like many customers do - pay for each order by credit card when the goods are shipped. When is delivery free? Free delivery on all orders over VAT. You can order less but a carriage charge of 8.50 applies. For some area's in Scotland (all area's above Edinburgh), minimum order value is VAT or a carriage charge of applies. Ireland and Southern Ireland : minimum order value is VAT. How long for delivery? Products from our all year round catalogue Issue 21 are usually in stock for delivery within 48 hours. We try to stock all products all the time but as we work with over 70 different European suppliers, sometimes products are not available because the manufacturer is not able to supply. If some products are not in stock, we will keep them as a back order if the order value is over VAT. The back order will be shipped when stock arrives. If the order value is too low, to keep as a back order, you will need to reorder those products. All the information regarding the products given in this catalogue and in our price list is based on the information that we have received from the relevant suppliers. General Important Information Most Sugar Free and No Added Sugar products in this catalogue are suitable for diabetics or as part of a controlled diet. However, as there are several different types of diabetes, we cannot say that this applies to all diabetics. All consumers need to consult their doctor or dietician if in any doubt at all. All consumers should conduct tests to determine the suitability for their specific needs. Most of our Sugar Free and No Added Sugar products are sweetened with Maltitol, Xylitol or Isomalt, which contain less calories than sugar. All products are made with high quality ingredients and therefore they taste just as good as alternatives containing sugar. Detailed ingredient lists, nutritional information and used-sweetener lists for most Sugar Free and No Added Sugar products are available from the office.
