2 The feasting begins after the Christmas Light-up with The Fullerton Knight & Stars Charity Cook-out Buffet Dinner at Town Restaurant. DO GOOD WHILE FEASTING Our Fullerton knight is Cavaliere Giovanni Viterale, General Manager of The Fullerton Hotels and Resorts, who was knighted in 2016 with the Order of the Star of Italy. He will don chef s whites for the evening and whip up a well-loved Italian classic Orecchiette con Broccoli Aglio e Gamberi (Orecchiette Pasta with Prawns and Broccoli), alongside popular stars Li NanXing and Deanna Yusoff, and Singapore s first MasterChef, Zander Ng. In line with our Christmas in the Tropics buffet theme, Li Nan Xing will be wowing fans with his signature Assam Fish, while Deanna Yusoff will share her special Chicken Liver Pate. MasterChef Zander Ng will serve up a mouthwatering Wagyu Beef Rendang paired with Nasi Uduk.
