New this year, this demo-style event will feature chefs sharing tricks and explaining preparation techniques as guests sample their way around 5 chef stations. Each savoury station will have wine paired to the chef s creation. This will be a seated event, with some walking required. Located in Calgary s historic Theatre Grand, and named after the Theatre s original Workshop 14, this multi-course dinner prepared by award-winning chef Kenny Kaechele, and hosted by John Gilchrist, will be an epic Big Taste finale.
