2 Our Heritage Dubai delivers the Highlands in the form of Copper Dog, a Scottish restaurant and bar located at the DoubleTree By Hilton in Jumeirah Beach Residence. Since its inception in the second quarter of 2016, Copper Dog has extended its traditional Scottish hospitality and heritage to Dubai s fun filled shores, giving guests a real and authentic taste of Scotland s northern valleys. The restaurant and bar, originating from Craigellachie Hotel in Speyside, extends a home-from-home feel for those seeking solace in the bustling city of Dubai. Open daily from 12.00noon till 2.00am, guests can expect an extensive menu consisting of carefully curated dishes including favorites from the northern valley with Mains being dishes such as a Traditional Roast with all the trimmings, Steak and Ale Pie, Fish & Chips with crushed Peas and Tartar sauce and not forgetting Craigellachie s signature dish; The Full Scottish Breakfast, which will be served every Friday from 10.00am until 5.00pm. 4 Specialty & Expertise Our 12-meter copper bar showcases the most extensive whisky selection in Dubai, serving over 219 varieties aging from 1970 upwards. Our bartenders are handpicked for their malt knowledge, as distillers of our own Whisky, we know the importance of choosing the right whisky for our clients and even hold masterclasses monthly with experts from distilleries around the world with our partners. We are also more than just a Whisky bar, we have an array of spirits, wines and Craft beers as well as a signature cocktail menu, featuring our very own Apple Dog mix.

5 Meet the Chef Known for his traditional and homely cooking methods; Pierre s love of food began in his Grandmothers kitchen, in France. Since then, he has worked in over 5 different countries over the last 15 years and can now be found in Copper Dog Dubai, freshly preparing your favorite home-from-home dishes from our A La Carte menu. Career Highlights: 4 years at Michelin Stared restaurant Auberge Saint Laurent in Sierentz Pursued a further Diploma in Hotel Management whilst working at La Verte Vallee Hotel in Munster Commis Chef at French Michelin stared restaurant; La Nouvelle Auberge located in Wihr au Val. Sous Chef at Muze, Gordon Ramsay Group, 2 years. Chef De Partie at Austria s Hanger 7, a concept restaurant frequented by celebrity Chefs who month on month curate a 10-course degustation menu to be served for that duration. 2 years spent at Nagaya, a Japanese restaurant headed by Yoshi Nagaya (2 Michelin stars)
