3 What you should know hanseboot After Work Events For the first time during the hanseboot you have the opportunity from Mo Fr from 5.00 p.m. to register an After Work event. This can be a get-together, a product introduction, a press invitation, a speech or other events. For each After Work Event you get a box of Carlsbergbeer and 25 After Work tickets (while stocks last) for free. Just inform us at the Organizer- Counter at the East Foyer, we like to help you. To register your After Work Event is mandatory. hanseboot B2B Morning Also for the first time during the hanseboot you have the opportunity from Mo Fr from a.m. noon to register a B2B event. This can be a seminar, a conference or a press round as example. Just inform us at the Organizer-Counter at the East Foyer, we like to help you. To register your After Work Event is mandatory. Rebooking for the hanseboot 2017 Make sure to take advantage of the option to book space for the next hanseboot! Tell us about your preferences for 2017 and use the early Early Bird (rebooking) Discount. Your application is non - binding and helps us in the planning process of our next event. Sit down for planning your next year s participation, we are looking forward to meet you! In all of the listed restaurants, bistros and cafes you will get special offers and/or reduced prices for food, if you have shown your exhibitor pass prior to the order. Free Wi-Fi Also this year, Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH (HMC) offers you again one access for free Wi-Fi per exhibitor during the term of the hanseboot. If you need more than one access, there is a variety of profiles available for you (tickets per hour/day) and different ways of payment. After you have connected to our network, you will automatically be lead to the welcome site.

4 Start sailing To those who have been interested in water sports for quite some time, hanseboot now offers many possibilities of discovering and enjoying the world of boats in detail. Discover, try, and find information - this is the motto of Hall B3.OG for all those who are interested in boats. Learn all you need to know for the right approach to sailing. The Start-Boating-Campaign, which comes for the first time to the hanseboot is also placed in the Hall B3.OG. Online Boat Show, Online List of Exhibitors and Online Innovations Show Before the fair starts, all exhibited boats are introduced and presented (tech. information, pictures, description, prices, dealer, hall and booth number) online (Facebook / Newsletter / Website). Especially the Online Boat Show makes the visitors curious and gives them many information about all displayed boats before the event. The Online Innovations Show represents the newest products on the equipment- and accessories-market. Hall opening times for exhibitors During the exhibition the halls are open Monday Friday from a.m p.m., as Saturday and Sunday from 8.00 a.m p.m.. If you have registered a hanseboot B2B Morning you will get access from Monday Friday from 9.30 a.m. Forgotten your exhibitor ID Please pay attention to have your exhibitor ID always with you. If you forget your exhibitor ID, you can buy a day ticket at the cash point to get access to the fairground. Unfortunately in this case we cannot refund your ticket. Catalogue The hanseboot guide (catalogue), the brochure for the In-Water hanseboot in the Sandtorhafen as the art maritime flyer are available for free for all visitors. They will also get further information about the exhibitors at fair entrances, at the info counters, on the hanseboot App and on our website You will find the hanseboot guide and the brochure for the In-Water hanseboot in this welcome package. Wait for reply Water connection Stop-cocks are installed on all water pipes underneath the sinks and on the connections for dishwashers, hot-water appliances, etc. It is important that these stop-cocks are closed every evening before leaving your stand to prevent water damage!
