2 Letter From The Chairman Moving Forward As One is the theme that sets the stage for our 2010 Idealease Annual Meeting to be held September 9 12 at The Breakers, Palm Beach, Florida, a familiar and favorite location for Idealease affiliates. Since 1982 we have learned a basic lesson: strong affiliates make a strong Idealease, and weak affiliates affect the entire enterprise. This past year has been incredibly challenging for all of us. Individually we have had to look closely at the details of how we run our leasing companies. Many of us have had to change the way we do business - we have made changes in people, structure, fleet size, and cut costs wherever possible. But we also know from years of experience that we cannot cost-save our way to success and prosperity. Modest improvement in rental demand and the likelihood that tight credit will push customers in ownership toward leasing signal that it s time to move forward. Our suppliers play a vital role in our ability to compete and provide our customers with the best products and services in the industry. Moving Forward As One is the only way that we, Idealease affiliates and the owners of this enterprise, and our suppliers, can realize the long-term success we seek. Our Annual Meeting will give you the opportunity to learn about successful strategies to sharpen your leasing operations, work effectively with Idealease National Accounts, raise the quality of your service shops, create the transportation solutions that drive benefit for your customers, and build customer relationships that last. 3 Gener al Information Registration Each attendee must register for the meeting at If you are a spouse registering for the Idealease attendee and yourself, please be sure you register under the Idealease employee name. There will be a registration fee for all spouses/guests. A confirmation of your reservation will be ed. If you do not receive a confirmation within ten days please contact Donna Keller at donnakeller@idealease.com or (847) Rooms at The Breakers will be guaranteed for early-bird registration. In case of overflow, Idealease will work with other hotels in the area to ensure rooms. Notes About The Program Important things to know Friday and Saturday afternoons will be open for you to do as you choose. Idealease will hold both golf and tennis tournaments Friday afternoon. Friday evening is open for you to enjoy any of the nine distinctive restaurants and bars on the hotel property or venture into the many establishments off property. Idealease will host a Dessert Party on Friday evening at 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm.

4 General Information Hotel Accommodations Rates: $ (plus tax) single/double. All room charges, registration fees, and social events will be billed back to attendees through Idealease. Gratuities are at your own discretion. Room reservations must be made through Idealease online. Any requests made to Idealease for specific room types ie, king or double beds, view preferences will be communicated to the hotel. Keep in mind these are requests; Idealease cannot guarantee your specific accommodations. Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is noon. A seasonal tradition, the Tapestry Bar serves Afternoon Tea featuring a variety of assorted tea sandwiches, mini pastries and scones, as well as chocolates and cookies. Located a few minutes from the resort and situated atop the Phillips Point building in West Palm Beach the restaurant offers breathtaking views of the Intracoastal Waterway, Palm Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The tournament will be split between two courses, The Ocean Course and the Rees Jones Course. Transportation will be provided. The golf tournament is Friday, September 10th with a start time of 1:00 p.m. The fee is $125 per person, lunch included. Special golf fees have been negotiated for regular play for Idealease affiliates and their guests. Tennis Named one of Tennis Magazines Top 50 resorts in the world. The tennis tournament will be held on Friday, September 10th with a start time of 1:30 p.m.. The tournament fee is $75 per person, lunch is included.

9 General Information Weather Due to its close proximity to the Gulf Stream, Palm Beach enjoys a subtropical climate noted for year-round breezes and moderate temperatures ranging from degrees. Attire Business casual attire is appropriate for all Idealease business functions and Thursday evening s events. Friday evening guests are on their own. Saturday evening s events are Florida Casual. Ground Transportation The Breakers is easily accessible from three airports seven miles from Palm Beach International Airport, 42 miles from Ft. Lauderdale International Airport and 72 miles from Miami International Airport. Resort ground transportation fees are substantially more than would be spent when using local taxi service. City taxi services are available throughout the airport. Attendees must coordinate their own ground transportation. Air Tr avel Lake Zurich Travel Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, Monday Friday Please contact Lake Zurich Travel when making your travel arrangements. If you are calling to book free airfare from the ordering program, you MUST provide Lake Zurich Travel with the name of your dealership and NOT your Idealease location. If you need to be contacted by the Lake Zurich staff, please leave your contact information and preferred time. Please advise the Lake Zurich receptionist that you are with the Idealease meeting. Car Rental The Breakers has an on-site Enterprise rental desk for your daily rental needs.

They will provide information, availability and pricing on many activities including those mentioned below.
