3 COMPANY INFORMATION Honolulu Cookie Company was established in 1998 to create unique cookie gifts inspired by Hawaii. Using a recipe of Hawaii s finest ingredients, each cookie is handcrafted and individually wrapped to ensure freshness. Honolulu Cookie Company currently has 13 locations in Hawaii (10 on Oahu, 3 on Maui), 2 in Las Vegas, and 2 on Guam. On Oahu, many of our stores are located in Waikiki. Traditionally, this stretch of beach has attracted royalty with its gorgeous conditions. Over the years, it has developed into a thriving landmark that welcomes millions of visitors from around the world each year. We re proud to be a part of the excitement that surrounds this neighborhood. Honolulu Cookie Company has 8 locations throughout Waikiki, including the latest in the newly revitalized International Market Place. Just outside of Waikiki, we have a busy location in the Ala Moana Shopping Center, catering to visitors and locals alike. Closer to the airport, you ll find our Sand Island store as well as our administrative office. From this hub of talented bakers, packers, and creators, our premium shortbread cookies are sent out to spread the Spirit of Aloha. On Maui, we have three stores to welcome visitors to the Valley Isle Front Street, Whalers Village, and The Shops at Wailea. Just as many from Hawaii travel to Las Vegas and have turned The City that Never Sleeps into the unofficial Ninth Island, Honolulu Cookie Company has recently settled along The Strip in the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian The Palazzo and The LINQ Promenade. We ve also begun opening new visitor markets with two stores on Guam, one at Micronesia Mall and most recently at The Plaza Shopping Center. For those who cannot visit our stores but still want to give the gift of premium shortbread treats, we offer our products online at honolulucookie.com. Each location is an opportunity to share hospitality through the island-inspired flavors of our cookies. 4 MISSION STATEMENT Honolulu Cookie Company s mission is to spread the Spirit of Aloha around the world with gourmet Hawaiian shortbread cookies. Our cookies are baked fresh daily, made with the finest ingredients and natural Hawaiian fruit flavors, and individually wrapped to maintain their delicious oven-fresh quality. We wrap and parcel our cookies by hand in our unique signature packaging to ensure that each box can be presented as a treasured gift, from our ohana to yours. HISTORY Honolulu Cookie Company started in 1998 when entrepreneurs Keith and Janet Sung developed a recipe for premium shortbread cookies. As an artist, Keith wanted to develop something unique a cookie that represented true Hawaiian hospitality. What he created was a line of island-inspired flavors in a signature pineapple shape. The recipe has been refined over the years, but we always carry through that dedication to quality ingredients inspired by the flavors of our island home. From our bakery, stores opened throughout Honolulu, particularly in Waikiki, to ensure the hospitality that inspired our cookies was delivered to visitors from around the world. Eventually, we found homes and opened new locations on Maui, in Las Vegas, and on Guam. Each progression is informed by a commitment to sharing the best experience of a Hawaiian vacation. The cookie collection packages are designed to delight and the stores are eager to share the Aloha Spirit, but it all begins with the cookies. The finest ingredients are selected to bake fresh daily and ship internationally to friends and fans around the world. 4

If you are sending a gift to an international address in Japan or Australia, the recipient will be responsible for all duties and taxes that may apply. CANADA All duties and taxes are paid in advance to Honolulu Cookie Company for all Canadian shipments. Canadian Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) of 13% is charged at the time of purchase. To preserve that quality and prevent any orders for chocolate dipped cookies from melting, we recommend trying our tropical flavors during the high summer temperatures from April thru September. During that time, chocolate dipped cookie orders are limited to shipping from our Honolulu headquarters Monday through Wednesday for U.S., Canada and Australia shipping destinations. Orders for our non-dipped flavors will continue to ship daily, Monday through Friday. 15

To keep our signature flavors at their peak, we provide a "BEST BEFORE - YY.MM.DD" sticker on our products and recommend storing these cookies in a cool, dry place. All products coming out of our bakery have a 3-month shelf life. 2. Are your cookies individually wrapped? All of our cookies are individually wrapped with the exception of our mini bite cookies. 3. How should I store chocolate-dipped cookies? We recommend storing your cookies in a cool, dry place (below 70 degrees Fahrenheit). 4. What are the dimensions of your cookies? Below are approximate measurements of our cookies: Dimension of Cookie: 2 ¾ x 1 ¾ Dimension of Cookie w/ Wrapper: 4 x 2 5. Do your cookies contain dairy products? ALL of our cookies may contain dairy or milk products. Any person with a dairy allergy should NOT consume ANY of our products. 6. Do your cookies contain nuts or other allergens? The cookies produced at Honolulu Cookie Company, contain the following allergen: Dairy, Wheat, Egg. Some cookies also contain the Tree Nut Allergen. Both cookies (with and without the Tree Nut Allergen) are produced on the same equipment. Honolulu Cookie uses Macadamia Nuts, which fall under the Tree Nut Allergen. Tree nuts include, but are not limited to, walnut, almond, hazelnut, cashew, pistachio, macadamia and Brazil nuts. These are not to be confused or grouped together with peanut, which is a legume, or seeds, such as sunflower or sesame. Honolulu Cookie Company does not produce cookies that contain the Peanut Allergen. Nor do we carry the Peanut Allergen in our manufacturing facility. 7. Are your cookies gluten-free? No. ALL of our products contain gluten. Any person with a gluten allergy should NOT consume ANY of our products. 8. Do you have nutritional information available for your cookies? We recommend that you place your order at least 2 weeks before the event (U.S. addresses) and schedule a delivery date of one week prior to the event. For international orders, please allow up to 3 weeks prior to event. Store the cookies in a cool, dry place (below 70 degrees Fahrenheit). We accept orders up to 3 months prior to the requested delivery date. If you have any questions about ordering or delivery times please call us at or us at customerservice@honolulucookie.com. 2. Do you offer bulk prices? Yes! You can order our cookies in bulk for $0.75/cookie with a minimum of 100 cookies or more per flavor. ALOHA CARDS 1. I have a stamped Aloha Card from a purchase that I made at one of your stores. Can I receive or redeem stamps for online purchases? The Aloha Card cannot be redeemed for website, phone, fax, or orders. Aloha Card stamps are for in-store purchases only and must be redeemed at our retail store locations. However, Honolulu Cookie Company does have a similar online Pineapple Rewards program. For more information please visit honolulucookie.com/special-offers. WHOLESALE + MEDIA 1. Once purchased, can your products be resold by another individual or business? We are very happy that people are interested in being business partners of ours, however, the resale of any of our products is not allowed, except through our approved partners.
