4 HEALTH AND HYGIENE Our licensed suppliers are only selected if they conform to our quality, hygiene and price requirements. All our vendors are under contract defining precise quality levels, specifica7on of products, etc. We sample all food we serve daily to ensure traceability and transparency for our customers. Raw materials and cooked food are separated from each other at all 7mes. We use top- brand detergents and sani7zers, such as Johnson- Diversey, to maintain and keep the hygiene standards of our facility and equipment. Our staff are fully trained, equipped and compliant to Interna7onal Standards. In order to ensure food safety, we have specific requirements for food not only in storage, but also during service (e.g. temperature of coolers is set between 0~6 C and freezers lower than - 18 C, buffet lines are maintained above 65 C). The equipment (coolers, freezers) are checked daily and the temperature logged to ensure they are func7oning well. We fully comply with Chinese FDA regula7ons and we have an internal department to perform random inspec7ons and a third- part consul7ng company to check and maintain our internal hygiene standards. Any feedback or sugges7on is passed to local units, which promptly hold staff- training mee7ngs for a constant and con7nuous improvement to our service. Addi7onally, our suppliers are constantly inspected by Chartwells Quality Department to ensure our standards are met. Chartwells is known amongst Interna7onal Schools for its healthy food. We do not use MSG, ar;ficial flavouring & colour and peanut oil and we prefer healthy cooking methods (e.g. limi7ng deep- fried dishes). Our Chef at Wellington prepares a monthly menu, which has to be reviewed by our nutri;onist to ensure that all meals are properly balanced on carbohydrates, proteins, fibres, vitamins and lipids.

5 WHAT DO WE OFFER? Riviera & Legend Kindergarten Students Are given a set menu, which is served at the table. A set meal consists of Raw vegetables, fruits and mixed salads A main dishes served with hot vegetables and starch Fruits and water Note: second servings will be provided by our team or teacher assistants at their table upon request from a child. Junior School Students (Price RMB 29.00) Are given a set menu from our service line. A set menu consists of Free flow of raw vegetables, fruits and mixed salads A choice between 2 main dishes served with vegetables and starch or a sandwich Note: Desserts and drinks are not free flow in order to reduce sugar intake. Second servings will be provided by our team on the service line upon request. 6 Senior School food offer (Price range Set Menu Deal + 7 RMB on ALC Price) WHAT DO WE OFFER? We give senior students a retail concept oriented environment because they are young adults that need choices, brands/concepts and freedom in deciding the composi7on of their lunch. We propose a different service concept that blends and merges the former A la Carte and Set Menu offers into one single frame. Students will have several sta7ons to choose from, each sta7on serving daily dishes bound into a concept (e.g. Grill, Wok, Italian, Western, and Asian, etc.). As such, each customer can chose between paying the basic price for the main dish (A la Carte) or upgrading the chosen main dish into a Set Menu or a Deal price lower than the sum of the different components. The upgrade allows a fruit/dessert + salad in a separate plate. Examples: Vegetarian Spaghev 18.5 RMB Upgrade 7RMB (Drink + Extra salad + Dessert) Set Menu Deal 25.5 RMB Chicken curry + Rice 19 RMB Upgrade 7RMB (Extra salad + Fruit) Set Menu Deal 26 RMB Roast pork Loin + Potatoes 22 RMB Salad on same plate as main dish (free) Juice 6 RMB A la Carte 28RMB In addi7on senior school has a range of A La Carte choices from the following counters around the cafeteria.

7 Sprouts (your wide choice salad bar) (Price range RMB ) The sprouts has been the most popular, economic but at the same time a healthier food station from the customer point of view, here we offer daily fresh seasonal salads, Antipasto platter, bread selection and choices of dressings etc. The Grill (Price range RMB ) The grill is a live cooking station where consumers will be able to enjoy the entertainment of the food being cooked while they wait for their meal. The Wok (Price range RMB ) The Asian sta7on will be serving some of the most delicious dishes from around Asia. The recipes come from authen7c sources to bring the best taste to the dish. TraZoria (Italian Corner) (Price range Pasta & Pizza RMB Carving RMB ) The Italian corner will regularly serve a selec7on of pasta op7ons, roast meat carving and an in- house on the spot made pizza. Mondo Subs (Sandwich bar) (Price range RMB 26) This unique brand of ours serves a wide range of subs, toasted sandwiches, wraps and occasionally chef s signature sandwiches using freshly baked selec7on of breads, your choices of meat/cheese/poultry based filings and salads with a variety of sauces. Deli Marché (Price range Beverages RMB , Pastries RMB , Grab and Go RMB ) This one of our own unique concepts, which will provide students with grab and go items such as gourmet sandwiches, whole fruits and veggie s7cks cups & dips, selec7on of drinks and daily fresh baked pastries, Muffins, banana breads, Pretzels and many more signature items we pride on making it for many years. We are very par7cular in providing Healthy & Nutri7onal Food. All the students can have access to a variety of homemade lunches, snacks and drinks. No addi7onal colorants, salt, sugar, MSG or chemical are used during food prepara7on.

8 HOW TO PAY? Students need to pre- load a desired amount of cash that will be recorded in our database. When the student is ready to pay, he or she will pass the card through a magne;c field and their consump;ons will be de- ducted from their balance. No cash sales are allowed in our cafeterias, and students must carry their cards all ;mes to purchase items. It is recommended that this card should not be borrowed and it should have sufficient balance at the ;me of going through our cashiers, to speed up the service. We recommend maintaining a balance between 100RMB to 200RMB in order to avoid interrup;ons of our service. The minimum load is 50RMB per ;me. Junior School students keep their cards with their teachers and TA s in order to avoid loss. You can bring money in person or send it to your child s teacher and they will assist you and coordinate with Chartwells to top up the card when the balance is running low. You can also send money and have it loaded via a bank transfer. HOW DO I ADD MONEY TO MY CARD? Adding money to lunch cards can be easily done in the cafeteria for Senior school students during opera;on ;me, preferably not during lunch ;me to avoid long queues. Please refer to main Head Cashier desk for further informa;on. Chartwells will no;fy students when the balance is low, you can then send the money to top- up your child s card. When money is added to your child s balance, he or she will receive an invoice informing how much money was loaded. All consump;ons are recorded in our database, which can be accessed at the school cafeteria or found online at the school s website.

9 WHAT TO DO IF I LOSE OR DAMAGE THE LUNCH CARD? If you lose your lunch card please immediately request a new one at the main school recep;on desk. They will start the process and you can pick up the new lunch card at the Senor school cafeteria Loading Desk. Our cashiers will block the lost card in case someone else would try to use it. You will not lose your balance in case you damage or lose your lunch card. Previous balances can be transferred to a new card. Note: Card replacements run on the users account. Sugges;ons: Do not bend, heat, pierce or cut your lunch card, as you will damage it. Keep it in your wallet.
