4 THE EAGLE LODGE Saturday 3rd February The Big Yin Revisited An evening with the Ultimate Billy Connolly Tribute Join us for an evening of traditional Scottish flair with a delicious 3 course meal and side splitting comedy provided by Billy Connolly Tribute Scotland. This show pays a fantastic tribute to the legend himself but with completely original and hilarious material starring Glasgow's very own Garry Moir, the Big Yin revisited will take you on a roller coaster ride of thrills and laughs. 7 Friday 26th October Murder Mystery Night at The Eagle Lodge For the 7th year and back as ever by popular demand our Murder Mystery is back with a whole new script, it s time for you to turn Detective once more. Join us for a night of fun and mystery as you and your party become the sleuth to solve the murder. Enjoy a welcome drinks followed by sumptuous 3 course meal. The evening s entertainment is provided by the excellent Spirit of Glasgow. When the mystery has been solved our House DJ is on hand to keep you entertained until 1am. 14 Saturday 30th June Armed Forces Day Here at the Eagle Lodge we like to show our support for the brave men and women who make up our armed forces, many of whom risk their lives on a daily basis to defend our nation often under challenging circumstances. Each year we endeavour to raise as much money as possible to show our appreciation and support. THE R GROUP CHARITY On Saturday 30th June we will be donating 1 from every meal sold to the armed forces as well as doing other fundraising on the day. To show support simply come along to any of our venues and enjoy delicious food and friendly service. East Dunbartonshire Food Bank Last year a member of our team had pointed out that Christmas is a time where families can really struggle and came up with the idea to collect for our local food bank. Each venue got their team members to donate food items and customers also brought in donations to boxes we had out under our Christmas Tree s. 15 Thursday 3rd May 2018 Sportsman s Dinner For the 9th year running we will be hosting our annual sportsman s dinner at the eagle lodge on Thursday 26th April in order to raise much needed for local and national charities. We now have raised over 35,000 for charities including: The BIELD, Campsie View School, Alzheimer s Scotland & East Dunbartonshire Food Bank. THE R GROUP CHARITY The evening will be hosted yet again with legendary football journalist and radio/tv presenter Tam Cowan who will be joined by 2 guest speakers.
