Angels at Play Hog Roast, Stalls, Children s Activities and Storytime plus fairground ride Christmas Market run by the Hertfordshire W.I. St.Mary s Church Christmas provisions, books and refreshments. Tudor Square All the stalls listed and others in the High Street 7 pm Lighting of the Great Horse Chestnut tree by the Town Mayor, Cllr Mrs Ros Standley, with Christmas Music by Theatre Train followed by Bill Freeman s Happy Jazz Band afterwards MALTMAKER GARDEN will be hosting the Hertford Rock Choir at 7.30pm - not to be missed! Toque Tambor Samba Band will be performing 7.50pm & 9.00pm in he High Street

Ohebe and Kim Charms and Nails icandy will be open for card and gifts on the night. PEACOCKS will be open for Jumper Day CANNON TRAVEL check out inside for free mince pies, mulled wines and raffle. DANDELYONS are more than a florist also has Lucky Dip! THE NUT MAN will also be around! ST ELIZABETH S CHARITY SHOP will welcome you inside for new Xmas gifts, mulled wine and mince pies. IN THE HIGH STREET South Malting Community Group Mulled wine, Real High sweet stalls & games, Dog House Catering - donuts, Crepes de Ware and Tickle Cottage Kitchen 20 Young Enterprise Businesses competing for an award for BEST YOUNG BUSINESS! The Dickensian Evening is a Community event organised by the Ware Town Partnership Dickensian Committee. 10 Baldock Street MINT Hair will be holing an open house, please call in! The SALVATION ARMY will be serving hot drinks & refreshments and running a stall outside the hall. HERTS COLLEGE OF MUSIC is holding open house in their café with LIVE performers on their stage THOMAS BIRCH FAIRS will light up the street along with FutureHope Bus for hot drinks for teens MANE ATTRACTION is also being festive. There are children s craft activities in KARDS AND KRAFTS. Afterwards why not visit the OLD BULL s HEAD?

12 ROAD CLOSURES AND DIVERSIONS Please note that the following roads will be closed officially by an order made by East Herts Council in collaboration with Hertfordshire Highways and the Police: pm AMWELL END, pm BALDOCK STREET, CHURCH STREET, EAST STREET, HIGH STREET (from the junction with New Road to Priory St.) and WEST STREET. Traffic diversion signs will be in place and stewards at the closure barriers to assist emergency vehicles and any residents of the closed streets. All public car parks (except for the Library car park) will be available throughout the evening and parking in the town will be free from the early evening. If you have any special requirements which may be affected by the road closures, please let the organisers know in advance by letter to 99 New Road, Ware SG12 7BY or telephone: TOILETS ARE LOCATED at: Priory Grounds, St Mary s Church, The Drill Hall (Amwell End). Community Toilet venues: Tesco, Spreadeagle, Tap Bar, Old Bull s Head. NOTE: Broadmeads are NOT available Lost Children Post, organised by Hertford St. John Ambulance, will be in the Priory Grounds car park. These will be co-ordinated with Mid-Herts Raynet, who will be helping with security on the night.
