Road Atlas Bistro s mission is to provide an interesting, exotic and constantly evolving dinner experience. The chef uses local produce, meats and other gourmet food products to prepare his Southwestern-accented international menu. The restaurant is BYOB which isn t that much of a nuisance as the AZ Wine Shop is right next door. Required 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm, Tuesday thru Saturday 1 Binkley s Restaurant 6920 E. Cave Creek Road Cave Creek This stunning fine-dining outpost is drawing foodies with some of the most sophisticated fare in town. The extensive menu changes daily and can be arranged into a 4-, 5-, or 6-course tasting menu. Dinner: 5:15 pm - 9:30 pm, Tuesday thru Saturday

3 Bloom 8877 N. Road, Suite Bloom s contemporary decor sets the stage for the Fusion menu. The restaurant offers many wines by the glass from its extensive list. Service can be spotty. Hayden Road A trendy restaurant and bar. The Tex-Mex food is consistently delicious, and the setting is fun for a casual evening. Patio seating is especially nice. Accepted for groups of 5 or more 11:00 am - 2:00 am, daily Cartwright s 6710 E. Cave Creek Road Cartwright s reminds you that you are in Cowboy Country. Hearty steaks and fresh seafood make a satisfying meal. Greenway Parkway Neuvo Latino food is the reason to go to this hotel restaurant. The chef is famous for his ceviches, which are as cool as the room s decor. 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm, nightly Digestif 7114 East Stetson Drive Chef Payton Curry cooks Cal-Ital food using the best seasonal vegetables, making the pasta and charcuterie in-house and baking crostata on a stone hearth. Three menus an "Anytime" menu that is served all day and the formal lunch and dinner menus offer creative preparations in this new neighborhood restaurant. And, of course, there is an extensive list of digestifs and aperitifs. 11:00 am - Midnight, daily Eddie V s Edgewater Grille N. Pima Road (Market Street at DC Ranch) This trendy seafood restaurant is a place for adults. The fresh Gulf Coast fish and shellfish are prepared in a range of styles French, Asian or South American. 4 Fleming s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar N. Pima Road As the name says, Fleming s is the place to go for prime beef. Road (Kierland Commons) Bright, contemporary California cuisine is served in an equally uplifting setting. The restaurant is designed to resemble a Craftsman bungalow having straight, simple lines and using wood and copper with Asian influences. The exterior may not seem welcoming, but the warm atmosphere inside and some of the best Northern Italian cuisine make for a very enjoyable evening. 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm, nightly Latilla at The Boulders Tom Darlington Drive Carefree For a quiet, romantic evening visit charming Latilla. The chef uses fresh, seasonal ingredients to create savory New American dishes. 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm, nightly Los Sombreros 2534 N. Road This cheerful restaurant serves upscale Mexican food. Look for gorditas and nopales salad, Camarones al Mojo de Ajo, Carne en Chile Costena and Lamb Adobo. Even the homemade desserts are Mexican. 5 Mastro s Ocean Club Fish House N. Kierland Boulevard A bustling restaurant with an extensive list of fresh seafood choices prepared many ways it s the seafood version of a steakhouse. You ll see them not only on the floors, but throughout the restaurant. Mosaic s tasting menus are so good that one is well-advised to skip lunch in order to enjoy every morsel of dinner. 5:30 pm - Close, Tuesday thru Saturday North North Road, Suite Enjoy Modern Italian Cuisine in this sleek, contemporary dining room in nearby Kierland Commons. North's menu features fresh salads, imaginative pasta preparations and simple wood-roasted or grilled meat and fish. The pleasant outdoor patio overlooks the Kierland water feature. A group may enjoy dinner in one of two private dining rooms or at the Trust Table where a prix fixe meal of the chef s choice dishes is served and paired with wine. 6 Plaza Grill North Cave Creek Road Cave Creek Though located in a lowly strip mall along Cave Creek Road, there is plenty of life and light at Plaza Grill. It is owned by the Mata brothers who were part of the restaurant "Such is Life" back in the 90's. From the appetizers to the soups to the main courses of chicken mole poblano, camarones al mojo de ajo, and pork in pasilla chile sauce, the kitchen kicks out top-notch Mexican fare. 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Tuesday thru Thursday 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Friday and Saturday Rancho Pinot Grill 6208 N. Road This funky, retro western-decorated restaurant serves seasonal specialties featuring local organic produce and pasta dishes. 5:30 pm - 10:00 pm, Monday thru Saturday Closed Sunday Razz s Restaurant N. Road A casual restaurant with an exhibition kitchen. Grazing on small portions will get you through much of the eclectic menu. Razz s has an extensive wine list. 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Tuesday thru Saturday Sassi E. Pinnacle Peak Parkway Sassi is a dazzling Italian villa that just happens to be in. Located near Pinnacle Peak, the setting is reminiscent of Tuscany. The food gets mixed reviews; therefore, go for the simple, straightforward preparations. 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm, Tuesday thru Sunday Closed Monday Sol y Sombra N. Pima Road, Suite This chic restaurant on Market Street at DC Ranch features contemporary Spanish cuisine. The wine list is all Spanish, as well. Shea Boulevard The relaxed atmosphere at Tapino encourages one to try new foods, new flavor combinations and new wines. 7 Voce Ristorante & Lounge 9719 North Hayden Road For those who enjoy live entertainment with or post dinner, Voce is the place to go. The restaurant offers regional Italian dishes of pasta, octopus, osso buco, etc. The lounge features appetizers, salads and pizza. The entertainment is top-shelf. Zinc Bistro N. Road Zinc Bistro gets mixed reviews for service. The French bistro comfort food receives good reports. The dining room is cozy. Camelback Road The decor is chic and the seafood is expensive at this new Waterfront restaurant. Much of the fresh seafood is prepared with Asian spices.
