Located to our East in Virginia, on 40-acres of pristine beauty, everything at Greenbrier Farms is naturally grown with no pesticides. A knowledgeable and experienced staff of blue ribbon winners with 32 years of experience oversees the planting and harvest of a variety of prize-winning produce including heirloom tomatoes. The farm will raise nearly all of the produce for The Greenbrier Restaurant Collection including 23 varieties of vegetables. Comfortable seating and painted murals surround the room to create a warm café ambience overlooking the Casino Club. Located in the heart of the Casino Club at The Greenbrier, it is our adults-only dining venue. The feature of this Zen dining experience is a unique Sushi Bar located in the center of the restaurant.
