Pork Belly Mini King Ribs Remove the tail of a pork belly and split lengthways down the middle. Remove the rind. Cut into individual ribs and pre-season with around 5% Chinese Glaze. Pour a small amount of Verstegen Piri Piri Sauce into a CS foil tray. Place the ribs in the tray and cover with 30% sauce. Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds. Offer convenience to your customer and cook your pre-seasoned ribs. Sweet Chilli Casserole Chop pork leg or loin, mixed peppers, red onion, spring onion, mushrooms and baby sweet corn into roughly 1" pieces Pre season the pork with Chinese Glaze 5%. Somerset Pork 40/50 mins Cajun Parsnips Dice pork loin or pork leg. Pre-season with spice mix for steak and add 3% DS Binder. Add 1 cup of cider to the pork and mix well. Chop celery, red onions, spring onions and apples and blend with the pork. Add Verstegen Salsa Cajun Sauce and mix well. Display and garnish with fresh vegetables and Verstegen French Deco Mix. Cut small tender parsnips into strips approximately a thumbs width. Pre-season with spice mix for steak. Place into CS foil tray. Pour over approximately 25% Verstegen Salsa Cajun Sauce. Garnish with Verstegen French Deco Mix.
