Garnish with peas. Mutter Paneer Chicken Dansak 1000 grams Chicken (diced) 600 grams Sauce 350 grams Tinned Green Lentils (drained) 230 grams Tinned Pineapple Chunks (drained) Add the meat to a bowl and coat with the DS bond. Add the lentils, pineapple and sauce and mix well.

Garlic Mushrooms 1000 grams Vegetables (we used red & green peppers, cauliflower, onions, broccoli, aubergine & green beans) 500 grams Sauce Desiccated Coconut (retain some for garnish) 1000 grams Chicken (diced) 500 grams Sauce MRC Tandoori Glaze Coat the vegetables with DS bond. Add the sauce and coconut to the vegetables and mix well. Garnish with the remaining coconut. Vegetable Chicken Moglai 50 grams Almonds (sliced, reserve some for garnish) 50 grams Sultanas (reserve some for garnish) Add the meat to a bowl and coat with the Glaze. Add the almonds, sultanas and sauce and mix well. Garnish lightly with almonds and sultanas.

Bengali Lamb Chops Thin Cut Lamb Chops (long cut) Rogan Josh Sauce MRC Garden Mint Glaze Cherry Tomatoes Coat the lamb with the glaze. Add a thin layer of sauce to the bottom of a tray. Place the coated lamb on top and cover with more sauce. Garnish with the cherry tomatoes.

Add the sauce and coriander to the vegetables and mix well. Garnish with halved cherry tomatoes and the remaining coriander. Vegetable Rogan Josh 1000 grams Potato (cooked & diced) 500 grams Rogan Josh Sauce 380 grams Tinned Spinach (drained) 120 grams Red Onion (diced) Fresh Coriander Coat the vegetables with DS bond. Add the sauce to the vegetables and mix well. Garnish with coriander. Rogan Josh 1000 grams Meat of Your Choice (we used diced beef) 600 grams Rogan Josh Sauce 200 grams Raw Onions (thinly sliced) Verstegen Fried Onion Pieces Saag Aloo Dopiaza Coat the meat with DS bond. Add the raw onions and sauce and mix well. Garnish with the fried onion pieces.
