1 Page: 1 Tour : Resilience Retreat in Puglia 24-29, 2019 Day 1 Arrival in Puglia: Welcome Dinner at the Villa with Music by Local Artists and Dancing Meals: D Meeting Location Puglia,Italy Airport Upon your arrival at Bari Airport, your private driver will take you to the Villa Dei Sogni, about 40 minutes away. This incredible property includes your own bedroom with private bathroom and daily cleaning. All meals throughout the program are organic, locally grown produce, incredibly fresh and locally inspired by Puglia s seasonal fare. Before the Welcome Dinner kicks off, you will then have some time to relax and enjoy your beautiful surroundings and the warmth of the late afternoon sun. In the evening, the delicious local wine will be flowing, while we are entertained by incredible local musical talent - it is going to be EPIC! The journey for this night alone will be worth it!

2 Page: 2 Day 2 Easy Cycle Followed by Afternoon Coaching and Evening Dinner in Alberobello Meals: B L D Location 2: Alberobello,Puglia,Italy Torre Canne,Puglia,Italy In the peace and calm of the Pugliese countryside, with the early sunrise tempting you outside, you might not be able to sleep in! For those of you who are early risers, we are happy to offer you the option of a pre-breakfast yoga session to awaken the spirit and body. 8:30-10:00 AM: Organic breakfast buffet Mid-morning: Bike ride down to the beautiful sandy beach of Torre Canne. Puglia is largely flat, so it will be an easy, enjoyable ride, raising your energy and clearing your mind of worries. (Make sure you have remembered to pack your swimsuit so you can take a dip in the Adriatic Sea before we head back to the villa for lunch.) Along the way we will stop to buy some local products for lunch, like the wonderful foccacia pugliese studded with cherry tomatoes and perhaps a creamy burrata freshly-made that day! By the time we get back to the villa, we will be ready to pile our purchases on the table and enjoy a casual lunch together. Lunch Mid-afternoon: By now, disconnected from technology and the fast pace of your usual daily life, you should feel yourself relaxing and time starting to slow down as you focus on your own well-being. This is the right frame of mind with which to approach the first session, to examine your goals and to ask what might be preventing you from achieving them. DAY 2 COACHING SESSION: Introducing The Four C s: Clarity, Conviction, Certainty, and Courage Through guided meditation, a few of the coaching and facilitated exercises will include: Get acquainted with your fellow retreat-mates and share what drew you to participate! Uncover limiting beliefs standing in the way of your success Begin to address your WHY, your primary motivator in why you do what you do! Late afternoon: Visit Alberobello, one of Puglia s most famous towns, characterized by its numerous trulli, houses. These conical structures were traditionally constructed without mortar, designed to be easily dismantled as a way of avoiding taxes on new buildings! Today the town is a must-see for visitors to the region and we will spend the afternoon wandering through streets filled with over 1000 of these dwellings, today housing hotels, shops and the local church. Dinner: We will dine in a local osteria where you can learn a little more about the 'poor' local cuisine. Despite its simplicity, you'll soon realize that it is also delicious, like the orecchiette ('little ears') pasta with broccoli. Surprisingly, Puglia is also a haven for

3 Page: 3 vegetarians thanks to the great variety of vegetables to be found, raw, baked, fried or sott'olio, preserved in olive oil, throughout the seasons, as well as delicious local dishes like puree di fave con cicoria (pureed fava beans with greens) or parmigiana di melazane (eggplant parmigiana). Having eaten more than we intended to, we will return to the villa for the night. Day 3 The Itria Valley: Martina Franca, Incredible Grottoes, Wine and Olive Oil Estate Visits Meals: B L D Location 2: Grotte di Castellana,Puglia,Italy Ostuni,Puglia,Italy Breakfast and optional AM yoga: After a night of peaceful, undisturbed sleep, you can again choose to start the day with some energizing yoga or a swim in the pool before breakfast. Mid-morning: With your mind well-rested, this morning's session will look at how to use the clarity you are developing here in building your own dreams and the power of co-creating with others. DAY 3 COACHING SESSION: Going Deeper with The Four C s: Clarity, Conviction, Certainty, and Courage Guided Meditation and Facilitated Exercises Optional yet encouraged brief presentations sharing goals Continued work on clearing limiting beliefs and upgrading your mindset Masterminding for each participant to create specific support plan Following a light lunch, the afternoon will be dedicated to the lush Itria valley and an escape from the sun as we venture into the stunning Grotte di Castellana, one of the largest networks of caves in the world. Make sure you have packed a sweater, as the air underground is rather damp and the temperature remains around 18ºC all year

4 Page: 4 round! Afterwards, we will be visiting a vineyard to learn something about wine production and taste some of the local wines. Puglia actually produces the greatest quantity of wine of any region in Italy, both reds and whites. Our visit this afternoon will include tastings of Antico: Locorotondo DOP White, Arpago: IGP Primitivo Red White and Le Rotaie, a delicate rosè. Dinner: In the evening, our driver will take us to the 'White City' of Ostuni for dinner. Afterwards, do as the Italians do and let your dinner digest by taking a leisurely stroll round the town, with an ice-cream in hand of course! Day 4 Sailing the Ionian Coast: Sea-food Lunch, Swimming in Paradise Meals: B L D Location 2: Polignano a Mare,Puglia,Italy Otranto,Puglia,Italy DAY 4 COACHING SESSION: COMMITMENT AND TAKING ACTION After breakfast, the day will start with a session with Jesse Andrews. We will explore how to develop and host your own retreats while creating something truly unique and exceptional. Through the story of Italy Vacation Specialists and the challenges Jesse has faced along the way, she will talk about how she and the business has been molded by her experiences, enabling her to create a quality product with a strong and positive reputation. Italians come to Puglia for its wonderful sea, and that's where we will spend the rest of the day. At Polgnano a Mare, one of Puglia's best-loved seaside destinations, we start our sailing adventure down the Ionian Coast. As we sail past Ostuni and Brindisi, on our way to the tip of Italy's 'heel', we will enjoy a delicious lunch of freshly-caught seafood before disembarking to visit the town of Otranto. You are now in Salento, still part of Puglia, but in terms of culture, language and culinary traditions, quite distinct. Make sure you stop at a bar to try the cafè leccese - espresso served over ice with almond milk! Return to villa for dinner and overnight. Day 5 Day at Leisure at Villa with Cooking Course with Local Chef; Farewell Dinner inside a Cave on the Water - Grotta Palazzese, Fireworks, Music Meals: B L D

5 Page: 5 Puglia,Italy Following breakfast, there's the chance to enjoy another bike ride in the local area until 11am when a local chef will be taking a cooking class in the villa's exceptional kitchen, using ingredients directly from the garden. For lunch we will of course be enjoying the fruits of our labors together, perhaps with some of the wines we have picked up on our travels! DAY 5 COACHING SESSION: COURAGE In the afternoon there will be the final session with Francis, bringing together all you ve worked on during the week. Learn tools and strategies for how to maintain your clarity and determination once you are back home. Guided Meditation and Facilitated Exercises Tools, strategies, and mindset exercises when challenges arise Coaching to instill the courage requires to keep going amidst challenges. Spend the rest of the afternoon to yourself. Stay and relax at the villa, enjoying the gardens or a swim in the pool, or hop on a bike and explore the area some more. In the evening we will be going out for our special farewell dinner together and a final look at the glorious Pugliese sea. Day 6 Time to Say Goodbye!
