10 Quick Reference Guide for Wedding Receptions All Food and Beverage is catered by the staff of the Hope Hotel and Richard C. Holbrooke Conference Center, no outside food/beverage is allowed to be brought in. We do provide extra amenities for your reception. We place lighted trees around the room and decorate your cake, gift, buffet, Hor d oeuvres table and head table with mini white lighting. Our globe, candle and mirror centerpieces may also be used at no additional charge. The time limit for a wedding reception is five (4) hours with all events concluding no later than midnight. The meal price includes all of our standard glassware, silver, linens and centerpieces. Any item not in our inventory may be rented with the charges passed along to you. Additional fees are as follows with ALA Carte Pricing: Dance Floor $150 setup fee Cake Cutting & Serving $ Bartender Set up Fee $75.00 Lighted Backdrop $ All bar beverages must be provided by the Hope Hotel and Richard C. Holbrooke Conference Center. We require a $500 deposit non-refundable due with your signed contract to guarantee your space. The deposit will be applied to the final balance.
