Our clients base is very diverse, and includes landscapers, developers, nurseries, land care groups, government departments, mining and construction companies, farmers, researchers and schools. SEED PRICES Seed prices vary a lot between species, and generally reflect the availability and the degree of difficulty in harvesting and processing the seed. Seasonal conditions, availability and demand can have significant effects on market prices in the short term. Please contact us for pricing and availability, preferably by if your species list is large, or call us if you prefer. Quotations will remain valid for 30 days, but availability will be subject to prior sale. SPECIES LIST A list of species that we usually stock follows. names are those current in Florabase. Names that have recently changed are shown in brackets. If you are unable to find a species in our list, please contact us to check if the name has been changed. Please do not hesitate to enquire about southwestern WA native species that you may require which are not listed in our list, and we will be pleased to endeavour to source them for you. Please feel free to contact us if you require further technical information, including information on seed counts for particular species CONDITIONS OF SALE Prices All prices we quote are in Australian dollars. Unless otherwise stated, they exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%, which will be applied to all sales. Most species are sold by weight. A few species (eg Banksia, Macrozamia and Xylomelum) that are more variable in seed size are sold by seed numbers instead of weight. Minimum Order Value Our minimum line item charge is $15, and our minimum total order value is $ Additional charges Additional charges will be applicable if smoke, scarification, or hot water treatment of seeds is requested. Dispatch Orders will generally be dispatched within five working days of receiving order confirmation, unless otherwise instructed. Ownership and responsibility passes to the purchaser when the goods are posted or collected by a carrier. Insurance can be arranged on request, at extra cost. Postage & Handling Unless otherwise advised, we will mail orders for delivery in Australia, our current rates for which are: up to 500 grams - $15.00, up to 3 kg $20.00 and up to 5 kg $ over 5 kg, and Express Post or courier, or international delivery POA. Invoiced weights are net when packed. Payment We accept payment by Mastercard and Visa, electronic fund transfer, cheque and money order in favour of Tranen Pty Ltd. Cash payment will only be accepted over the counter. Our bank account is with Westpac, Shop 22 Floreat Forum, Western Australia, BSB No , Account No , in the name of Tranen Pty Ltd. When you make payment by bank transfer, please advise details of payment to us for verification with our bank to minimise delays in processing of your order. Unless prior credit arrangements have been made, seed will be despatched only after full payment is received.

2 Germination Tests If required seeds may be ordered with seed quality certification, indicating batch purity, viability and germinability. This certification is conducted by an independent laboratory and as such, the cost of this service is added to the cost of the seed order. Warranty The purchaser warrants that it has satisfied itself as to the suitability of the seeds for the purchaser s purpose, and the purchaser agrees that no express warranty, condition or representation has been given by Tranen as to quality, fitness, suitability or otherwise of the seeds. The purchaser agrees that, so far as Australian law permits, all conditions and warranties which might be implied on the part of Tranen are hereby negated and excluded. Where legislation implies conditions or warranties on the part of Tranen which cannot be negated or excluded, liability for breach of such conditions or warranties shall be limited, at the option of Tranen, to: (a) refund of any amounts paid to Tranen for the supply of the seeds; or (b) resupply of the seeds. Claims/Returns All shipments should be inspected immediately upon receival and claims for any cause should be made in writing within five working days of the receipt of goods. Tranen Pty Ltd will not accept any claims after the seeds have been cleaned, planted or improperly stored or treated. Returns will not be accepted without our express permission obtained prior. GENERAL Additional Services Tranen is able to provide the following additional services: Collection, processing and storage of seed from project sites Direct seeding and revegetation Maintenance, monitoring and review of revegetation Revegetation consulting and planning services Soil erosion and sediment control Tranen Revegetation Southwest Tranen has a branch in Busselton, which provides all of the additional services listed above. However, at present seed that they collect is stored in our central seed bank in Jolimont, and all seed sales are handled by our Jolimont office. 2
