1 Nursery Catalogue The Drylands Permaculture Farm 333 David Rd, Waggrakine, Geraldton, WA 6530 ph: (08) web: drylands.org.au Drylands Foundation, 2013
2 The Drylands Permaculture Farm We have been operating our locally-owned, locallygrown independent nursery in Geraldton, Western Australia since We specialise in propagating multi-use permaculture and local native plants, suited to our arid and semiarid environment. Our Nursery Catalogue Our catalogue lists our current stock of seasonally grown plants, together with useful information including their suitability to different soil types and water requirements. They are grouped into climbers, grass/bamboo s, shrubs and trees; and listed by their fully grown size. You can use this information to help you select which plants may be the most suitable for you. We can assist you in determining how many plants you may need and advise you of the best way to support their healthy growth. How to Pre-order and uy Our Plants You can choose to select from our existing range of plants listed in our catalogue or have us grow your plants to order for you. Our minimum order quantity is one tray of 40 tubestock seedlings. Orders need to be confirmed by December for the following planting season to allow time for collecting seed and raising the seedlings. Our opening times vary during the growing season. Please check our website or calll us on (08) to arrange a time to visit us. We do not have EFTPOS facilities. Cheque, direct debit and cash only. We do not offer delivery services but do cater for courier pick ups. We have an $11 delivery charge on orders to Geraldton freight company depots. How Much Do They Cost We have a separate stock and price list that is available from our website. Prices vary according to size, age and rarity. Our Quality Plant Range All our stock is grown here at our farm. We believe in growing the best quality plants and produce a unique range of sun and wind hardened plants that other nurseries do not offer. We are not a certified organic nursery but do practice organic growing methods and integrated pest management techniques. So even the frogs find our nursery an easy place to find what they are looking for. Here s to a good season Julie Firth, Nursery Manager
