The percentage of polymorphic bands was 9118%. R ich genetic diversity of taro germp lasm was disp layed at DNA level in Yunnan p rovince. C luster analysis showed that the relationship between w ild germp lasm s and cultivars was far, and the classification result based on AFLP markers of culti2 vars was basically consistent w ith those on their morphological characters.
