4 Chocolate Dipped Valentines Hearts Ingredients for 16 cookies Salted Butter Icing Sugar Unbleached Flour Cornstarch Semi Sweet Chocolate 1/4 LB 1/2 Cup 2 Cups 1/2 Cup 125g 1. Cream the butter and the Icing sugar until fluffy. 2. On low speed, mix in the flour and cornstarch. 3. Roll out the dough until it is ½ thick. 4. Cool the dough in the fridge for 20 minutes. 5. Cut out the heart shape cookies, ad place onto a lined baking sheet. 6. Place into a 300-degree oven and cook for 20 minutes. (until the edges are light brown.) 7. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler until liquid. 8. Allow the cookies to cool to room temperature. 9.
