That's why all the dishes marked with are raw or have been dehydrated at a temperature below 48ºC, in order to maintain all their nutritional properties intact. GF GF: GLUTEN FREE Every gluten-free dish is marked with GF. This means that all these dishes are flour free or contain other kinds of gluten-free flours (Quinoa, Almond, Buckwheat, Coconut...) PB: PLANT-BASED All the dishes marked with PB are elaborated using only veggie-based ingredients. Plants, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds, in their natural state, have the largest amount of vitamins, nutrients and enzyms in nature PB : OILY FISH Dishes marked with contain Oily Fish. 3 TERESA'S JUICERY Our Cold-Pressed Juicing process reduces oxidation and deterioration. The fruits, veggies and superfoods used as ingredients are mainly organic and raw. Besides that, we avoid any agresive treatment during the process such as pasteurization, pascalization and HPP. Thus, we obtain the purest juices in the world. Consuming them in a regular basis is the best present you may give yourself.
