25 HOW TO ORDER Mail Fax BARE ROOT TREE ORDERS Orders for bare root trees close 30th May 2014 Bare root orders are to be collected by appointment from nursery: Jun & July Delivery of Bare Root order: As per request CONTAINER TREE ORDERS Container stock (Advanced Trees): Available all year. PACKAGING Packaging is included in the price. Trees are shipped out bare-root with the roots dipped in a gel to retain moisture around the roots. Black plastic is then wrapped around the tree. As soon as you receive your packaged trees they should be planted in permanent positions or roots heeled into damp soil to avoid them drying out. Sun and frost can kill if they are left exposed in the black plastic. QUALITY CONTROL At The Vintage Tree Nursery, our trees are grown under strict quality control guidelines: We source the best genetic material available. Bare-root trees are paddock grown. Trees are carefully pruned to shape. Trees are managed to ensure they are free of pests and disease. 25

26 TRADING TERMS AND CONDITIONS All care is taken to ensure that our trees are true to type and are in sound condition at the time of sale. The trees are packaged in the best possible manner. We will not be responsible for the inability to fulfil orders due to crop failure. We accept no liability in excess of the purchase price and make all sales subject to these conditions.
