Parthenos and Son Pty Ltd TO Fruit. * Avocado prices will stabilise and will continue into next week, and prices will ease further for odd sizes * Pineapples stock this week will remain average * Pink and Yellow grapefruit are down in price. * Fig prices will be high this week and will continue * Fresh Black berries will struggle * Mangoes are imported from overseas * Passion fruit prices are high * Blueberries, prices are shocking strawberry prices are rising and Raspberries will remain stable * Stone fruits season still hanging in Plums only * Local Lychee and Rambutans are finished I do have imported Longans * Lemon prices this week will be at higher levels * Green Pawpaw is a great option and green mangoes supply is very rare for real green stock * New Autumn season Aussie mandarins have begun. * All Melon prices are down and seedless watermelon price will be fine this week. * Fresh local Finger and Blood Limes are excellent though price is high * Pomegranates from local crops are slowly finishing * Grapes have now arrived from local farms expect prices to drop sharply. * Citrus fruit from QLD. S.A. VIC. NSW. Excellent * All Apples and corella, pacham, nashi Pears are excellent and new Bravo variety * Fresh Dragon fruit white is cheaper * Fresh Blood Oranges and Lemonade fruit * Lime prices have jumped to high levels * Rhubarb is extra class. And plums have now decreasing in supply * The Autumn season is in full swing so keep me informed of your needs for new stock to supply you and with any relevant issue that may confronted us over the next few weeks NB. The consistent hot weather recently has had a bad effect on all produce supply and quality we are now coming out of an unstable environment and some lines will affected greatly

3 Vegetables * All hydro lettuces, baby cos heart supply is improving prices and will stabilize. * Asparagus from imported crops will take over. * Vine ripened trays and truss prices have risen quality is excellent and Romas and Rounds have also risen in price. * Spring onions are very low in supply Shallots; Pickling Onions are beautiful, imported Black Garlic is still on. * Veg lines have eased in price such as Red Capsicums and will continue to be easing in price, but not yellow caps. * Chinese veg Hong Kong Choy Sum, Gai lum Sum, Mon Bok, On Choy are improving. * Bean handpicked and Snake beans, Borlotti beans HAVE begun PRICES ARE UP THOUGH THE QUALITY IS STILL * BABY EURO LEAF MIXED SALAD PREPARED BY LEO DAILY MUST BE MADE TO ORDER BY LEO ONLY * Root veg e.g. Fennel baby only and Parsnips, Celeriac, Leek are becoming in and numbers will increase. * Pencil leeks, Target Beets have improved in supply this week, large Golden Beets are in an easier situation. * Caulies prices are higher this week and Eggplant is easing in price. * Baby veg is better in supply and quality is excellent availability this week will continue improve as will Heirloom baby tomatoes. * English Spinach, Silver beet and now Rainbow chard, Finesse and Frieze heads are better in supply this week. * Zucchini flower supplies are slowing due to sudden cold. * Long red chilli prices have dropped GOOD. * Shemiji, Oyster, baby Ilingi, will be in good supply though all Brown mushrooms are really short in supply * Heirloom radishes please enquire first as supply can be inconsistent. * Regular iceberg and large Cos are down in price I have begun a new crop of QLD. Stock. * New season Kale, Tuscan, and new product red butter and baby red baby cos. * Hard produce prices for all pumpkins and all potatoes lines are down in price and will continue. * Snow peas, Peas prices are rising this week. and Sugar Snap PRICES WILL BE HIGH. Herbs & Specialty. * Petite Bouche Exotic Leaves, please view the update availability list we provide weekly very unreliable from grower * Seedless Water melon price, other melon varieties will be down in price except for honey dew * Horseradish will be in very short supply list and the quality is really dropping * New season Sth Aust. Jerusalem artichokes are in and Globe artichokes will begin now * Heirloom tomatoes have come into market in better numbers. * Baby Heirlooms, Vine Ripened, Ox hearts prices are easing in price I have near zero supply of black tomatoes. * Navel Oranges Ruby Grapefruit from local crops and prices are dropping * Fig price is rising, and availability is decreasing season is coming to an end. * Heirloom baby Radishes are better in supply. * Cherry and grape tomatoes both loose and cherry truss prices are easing. * All loose leaf delicate lines still struggling with recent high temperatures and rain * Baby herb lines are IMPROVING, and all other herb lines are enjoying the excellent weather. * Chinese veg quality and availability needs to be assessed daily though quality is reasonable. * Local seedless grapes stock will be fine this week.

Raspberries are at better levels Strawberries and Blueberries are RISING TO HIGH PRICE levels. Fresh Salsify and Horse radish very good availability. Mushrooms crops are still struggling Swiss brown and Portobello are inconsistent and the Korean product is excellent and Namenko SOON Baby herbs are excellent the quality is good this week with current conditions. All brushed Sebago Potatoes have eased in price with regional growing areas improving their supply All red chillies this week will be a HIGH price for red colour and there is some 2nd grade. Tomato price will be at very high price levels as well as roma tomatoes will be high Passion fruit is excellent, but price is still up Lemon prices are rising, and navel Oranges are in the same situation Pink Grapefruit is excellent and Pomelo supply excellent Handpicked Roman Beans high in price but the quality is excellent Improved quantity of root veg is available, all varieties are improving. Stone fruit plum supply is over except for plums from WA.. Herb produce lines will improve and low pricing will reflect but watch the cold weather moving in Leaf produce...use only your requirements daily, weather conditions will play a vital role THIS inconsistency IS DANGEROUS. Supply from major growing regions are at present in a change of season to AUTUMN mode and the market is fighting to contain good produce Also the recent temperature change has had a dramatic effect on all products coming out of this area.

Asparagus Green will now from IMPORTED supply and it will be high in price for this week into next Leek prices have stabilised in price. Cavolo Nero, Mizzuna, Red Vein Sorrel, has stalled this week. All citrus lines will be reasonable, and lemons will continue to be DOWN for the rest of APRIL and into MAY Prices for Spring baby veg this week will be stable for this week. Tomatoes prices for roma will drop and quality is good for colour fruit Zucchini flowers are STRUGGLING, and actual zucchinis are inconsistent in price. Local leaf produce is slowly finding its way through the very cold weather. All Pears are sensational. Roman Beans continuing to be better and will be high in price this week. Broccolini supply will improve this week and Broccoli prices have dropped considerably. All red coloured chillies have jumped in price this week, long greens are down in price. Celery Leeks, and Caps are down in pricing though cauliflower is ALSO DOWN in price. Butternut Pumpkin excellent quality as is Regular Jap and Qld the price is up Strawberries prices are up, and Blueberries and some Raspberries prices are also up in price Baby Fennel will be better in supply, baby root veg s, including heirloom carrots will improve. This week s considerations for the following: Be cautious regarding COLD weather conditions in all growing regions. Avocado numbers, are increasing and prices are dropping refer all sales to me directly. Most veg prices stabilised Lemon price levels will rise in price again this week Grapes are outstanding the price levels are up for good fruit.
